Hampton Inn Rifle Colorado Review

Had a very pleasant stay, comfy bed, nice room, warm pool, and breakfast was good.

Great little hotel. Clean, nice staff, room was comfortable. Close to all the "action."

The rooms were large, clean, and bright although needing a few repairs (closet door broken). Friendly staff, pretty good breakfast, and nice location if you are traveling on the I-70.

Our drive from Utah to Castle Rock, CO was cut short for the night by bridge damage and repairs in Glenwood Springs, CO. It was unexpected and we were too tired to take the detour which would add three more hours to the drive. We stopped in Rifle and looked for a hotel. We found good prices online but weren't able to reserve online for Hampton Inn and Suites because of the browser so we just went in and asked about the pricing we saw. It was not available but the concierge took pity and lowered the price on a remaining king suite. It was a very comfortable stay, as well. The room was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was great as well. Thank you!

Great place to stay for the price. Clean, friendly and about 40 minutes from Glenwood Springs. Good if you're traveling.

I'm a Hilton Diamond member and stay at Hilton properties frequently. The rooms at this Hampden Inn are fairly basic compared to many others. The staff is friendly however, the breakfast buffets was practically empty at 7:30am and not being replenished. All of the garbage cans outside by the main entrance were overflowing. Needs improvement.

This place is great, the front desk staff were really friendly, the rooms were clean, it's also very easy to get to. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling through rifle!

The prices at this place are excellent and the quality is as good as a place in a larger town. There are very nice places to eat nearby so it was an excellent place to stop on our trip.

I've frequented Hampton inn for about a decade, the entirety of which I have been an hhonors member. One of the main reasons I stayed at Hampton was that they allow dogs and other pets. Apparently that is a decision left up to the owner/manager of each location. This owner/manager decided to discontinue allowing pets so I will no longer be staying there. Instead i will be staying down the road at the otherwise inferior comfort inn with my pup until this policy changes. Dear owner, welcome to Colorado, this is one of the most dog friendly states in the US and even your staff don't like the policy change. Marketing 101, know the wants and needs of the population you serve.

Clean nice hotel with easy access from the freeway there are good restaurants within walking distance breakfast has a good variety as well, staff is really nice and helpful

Went thru Priceline, name your own price, and it was unbelievable. 69.00 a night .

the beds were really comfortable and the room was super clean! The swimming pool was so much fun to swim in its saltwater not just chlorine. The breakfast was fantastic!!! I loved staying here

Excellent hotel, good breakfast nice comfortable rooms and beds at a good price. My only complaint is the wifi seems finicky at times.

I was going to give them a good review cause their hospitality was amazing and they tried to accommodate, but then when maid used chemicals after i wrote a note saying "not too due to my mast cell disease", they never refunded me for the days i didn't stay cause their chemicals nearly put me in the hospital. They said they'd refund me for those days we didn't stay, but still no refund or heard back from them from priceline. All i asked was no chemicals to be used in room, i had my own cleaning sprays, but they did and made my Thanksgiving day ruined :(

Edit: still no refund or word from priceline about the situation or refund for the days we couldn't stay from 22nd to 26th.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was very nice too. I wish there had been a fan in the bathroom.

This is a really good hotel. Stayed 3 nights on 2 separate occassions. Hotel is clean. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is good. I strongly recommend this hotel if staying in Rifle. Then walk down to the BBQ joint down the street.

MY WIFE AND I STAYED AT THIS HAMPTON INN ON 9/1/16 AND OF COURSE, THEY NEVER SACRIFICE THEIR QUALITY OF SERVICE AND THE VAST AMOUNT OF AMENITIES TO MAKE OUR STAY THE CONTINUED POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WE'VE ENCOUNTERED OVER THE YEARS. IT DOESN'T MATTER THE LOCATION WE STAY AT BECAUSE THEIR MANAGEMENT STYLE IS ALWAYS TOP QUALITY AT A REASONABLE PRICE!
IT WAS NICE TO BE ABLE TO BRING OUR NEW PET AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD INTO OUR ROOM.

Clean and quiet with a great bed and cold a.c. everything to make me happy while working on the road. Decent breakfast selection with ample parking.

Amelia accommodated us at 6 am on a Sunday, we had a family emergency that we came up from denver and was looking for a last-minute room to check in at that moment. No other places we called were as understanding and compassionate as they were, we got a room quickly.

Fantastic room with a nice serene mountain setting with a balcony over looking the Colorado River. The entire staff during our stay, went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

Breakfast was great and had options daily.

The room was very clean, the hotel actually had hot water for extended use like a nice long hot shower. The pool was warm in comparison to other hotels I've been at. The breakfast was great and lasted till 10 am on a week day. There's a Starbucks near by and a Walmart

This was a great hotel! The location is good; it is on the other side of river to the main area of town but is a quick drive or short walk. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen with waffles, oatmeal, an assortment of pastries and breads, fresh fruit, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and much more. Next time we are in the area, we would love to stay here again!

The hotel was well designed and clean, attendants and front desk clerks were professional and knowledgable. Our room was clean upon arrival, and the bathrooms were very large. Only complaint is directed towards others staying at the hotel. Walls were a bit thin, but overall, I would stay there again if in rifle.
