Im so impressed with Hampers and Co. both for the quality of their wonderful hampers and their customer service!!! During these unprecedented times of Covid-19 how reassuring to know whatever you order will be delivered on time and beautifully packaged. I gifted some of my family during lockdown in the summer, with your hampers, it sure brought joy to them and really brightened their day!!! Today I received The Bathroom Essentials Gifti ordered, which I know my friend will so enjoy, she is one of our hardworking front line workers and really deserves it, exquisitely presented in its blue box. I'm currently trying to decide which Christmas Hamper to order for my son and family!!! Emer and Co. keep up your brilliant work, I highly recommend your company.

Hampers and Co are the epitome of customer service. No request is too big or too small for them. I live abroad and I have used them for Irish family and friends for over 6 years now. They are super responsive and having ordered more than 20 hampers from them I always get very positive feedback from the recipients who comment on the excellent quality and presentation of the gifts. I never need worry when I place an order with Hampers and Co. Their website is also very user friendly where they store previous delivery addresses which means I can complete an order literally within 30 seconds and I know it will get delivered the next day. I wanted to make happy very important person for me, that s why I ordered a Hamper which had to be delivered on exact date, but it s was delivered 2 days earlier by mistake from this company!
After my call with the complaint, member of their staff said that he will check what is the reason for this huge mistake with the delivery company and will call me back, but this never happens!!!
Very unprofessional!!!
I will not use this company in the future for sure....

Excellent company! From Canada I was able to order a package for a friend in Ireland and have it delivered 48hrs later - she was delighted with it. The package was delivered on time and I was able to track it online too. Great company which I will definitely use again

From start to finish, website shopping, ordering, delivery was absolutely seamless. The basket arrived exactly in the widow of time they gave me. The hamper was absolutely beautiful and way nicer in reality! My sister was delighted with her Gluten free hamper. I shopped around and this was by far the best, nicest value for money basket I found. Ordering from a different country is always a worry, but I was more than happy with the whole experience! The Goodie Gift Bags are really good value and the gift bag that they come in is lovely. All the contents are really top quality and delicious. Emer was so helpful and made my order seamless with her excellent customer service. I cannot recommend Hampers&Co enough and will definitely order from them again.

I have been using Hampers & Co for a number of years and love their gift selection and their attention to detail. They source lots of Irish products too, which is important to me. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Feeling a little sad that our family couldn't be together for the Easter Holiday, I contacted Hampers & Co. to send them some treats instead. As per usual, I left it to the last minute and was worried the hamper wouldn't arrive in time.
Emer and her team handled my order immediately and my son received his gift the following morning. Now that's service! I don't know which was better, my son's huge smile or the gorgeous gift basket! Thank you

I would like to thank my sister Dee Hart for the most amazing surprise on our door step just now. On a cold rainy evening in Philadelphia our Hamper arrived with the most amazing array of biscuits, bars ,crisps and tea bags. Truly a feast to behold for the daughter of a shop keeper! bad service my sister order for my birthday paid 60 e and l got only 4 chocolate :(((on pic its says teddy with a 2 box of sweets and present card .when l send to my sister pic with what l got she was upset too.write complain and they promise fix all but .... they told her send all what should be in a present on 4 august .But again without any message l found my parcel on 1 august outside its was raining day so parcel was all wet .l got small a box of sweet and plush dog .l dont know how they check order but delivery wrong items
