I wanted to make happy very important person for me, that s why I ordered a Hamper which had to be delivered on exact date, but it s was delivered 2 days earlier by mistake from this company! After my call with the complaint, member of their staff said that he will check what is the reason for this huge mistake with the delivery company and will call me back, but this never happens!!! Very unprofessional!!! I will not use this company in the future for sure....

Nothing is ever too much trouble. Feeling a little sad that our family couldn't be together for the Easter Holiday, I contacted Hampers & Co. to send them some treats instead. bad service my sister order for my birthday paid 60 e and l got only 4 chocolate :(((on pic its says teddy with a 2 box of sweets and present card .when l send to my sister pic with what l got she was upset too.write complain and they promise fix all but .... they told her send all what should be in a present on 4 august .But again without any message l found my parcel on 1 august outside its was raining day so parcel was all wet .l got small a box of sweet and plush dog .l dont know how they check order but delivery wrong items
