The David Law Firm, P.C Review

I first contacted The David Law Firm in 2015 to assist in my Social Security Disability Claim. I looked up his information online and saw the positive reviews. I was not disappointed in the service I received right from the beginning. Byron, Brooke and the rest of the staff were attentive and kept me informed about my case. Even though the first time around was not successful, Byron gave me great advice and guidance and we tried again and it was successful. He is very knowledgeable about the law. He will fight for you. He also has a very nice demeanor and is very empathetic. If I ever need a lawyer again, I would definitely engage The David Law Firm in the future.

Mr. David was an an amazing advocate in my family's disability process; the first professional to gather over 10 years of medical records that showed with absolute standing someone in my family had been getting neglectful decisions on her cases for almost 15 years. Very down to earth office and firm, was very patient explaining things to where we could understand how the process would go. Staff went above and beyond! David actually hugged my family member after she earned help from the programs meant to help her in the first place - and that's huge kudos on my book. I have had a social security disability case going since 2013. I called the David Law firm made an appointment for the next day, from the time I walked in the door was treated with a friendly caring very professional office staff I have ever encountered. We went over my case I was told to get a few documents from doctors and not to worry about anything. I received the items from doctors went to court and had the decision in my favor within 2 weeks. I can not say enough about the David Law Firm, Byron David and the entire staff.

Called with a general question regarding SS Disability. I was told "we have information but we won't disclose it to you so call the Social Security office." I happen to have a very simple case I just need an attorney. However thanks to the atrocious attitude of the receptionist, I will take my $6,000 to someone who doesn't blow me off- without even asking THE NATURE OF MY CASE.
