I wanted to make happy very important person for me, that s why I ordered a Hamper which had to be delivered on exact date, but it s was delivered 2 days earlier by mistake from this company!
After my call with the complaint, member of their staff said that he will check what is the reason for this huge mistake with the delivery company and will call me back, but this never happens!!!
Very unprofessional!!!
I will not use this company in the future for sure....
