Thoroughly enjoyed a great day and night at the lanark silver bell race day. Food and service was fantastic.

Beautiful site. Prices too high for families and groups. Shelter in bad weather almost non existent and staff not on hand throughout a Day. Costs of all drinks excessive especially you can't take in even water. High Cash Machine charge.

Fun venue. Great set up. Plenty of bars and food options. The great weather helped!

It was a great day apart from the ladies toilet being closed because there was no water. Girls had to use the gents!! Drink prices are extortionate too

I always like a day at the races. It was quite busy tonight but I don't think that's an excuse for the commentary being very low. I couldn't hear what was going on

we had a fab day at the ladies day on Saturday, really good venue and the food was decent and the prices of the drinks weren't to bad either, marked u down a bit as the security in the bar inside wasn't great and we witnessed a woman getting harassed and threatened to be assaulted by another woman and the security's solution was to put them both out but later on in the night we seen that the one that was causing the trouble was still inside, u really need to address who you use for security could have quite easily turned nasty very quickly

This is a lovely, wee local track with excellent modern, well maintained facilities. They try hard to welcome everyone from serious race goers to family groups and workmates on a day or night out. It really does deserve more support from their big neighbour

Good Family day had for the season opener, back soon for our business launch as well, should be fun.

First time yesterday at the race course, while attending the BNI networking, very impressed with all the facilities, will be also attending the next race meeting.

Good Venue. Good facilities. Great day out. Worth a visit even if you know nothing about horse racing. I don't! But had a brilliant day.

A fantastic night out for all ages. live music on race nights makes it a proper occasion. Drinks quite expensive but seems to be the norm at events now. Good fun and would recommend to all.

This racecourse has been part of most of my life , arguably it's one of the most stunning tracks in Britain , I've found days here great to relax and chill and clear your mind , it's very special place for me and it's worth a visit outside the social nights , they are very uncomfortable!!!

Great place for a Christmas party night. Dinner was good but perhaps could have been cheaper for what it was.. you guys make enough from racing events..

This review is from the firsthand experience of a security officer working for the Commonwealth Games in Galsgow 2014. Please take the time to read before considering departing with your hard earned money for the slumdog experience. The premises manager would wake us up with the sound of her taking her horses for the only bit of exercise they would recieve for god knows how long. I found it pointless of setting an alarm as the crack of the whip abruptly woke me up from my sleep. I then woke up daily to this ridiculous regime only to shower. Which is my way of forcing a start to my day. The shower was really nice, warm and great pressure. After exiting the shower I realised that my towel is laying in a cold pool of stagnant shower water from other people within the premises. It was only then I noticed the towel hanger was held up by a cheap screw affixed into cheap plasterboard. The shower system does not let water out, there is no drainage system and this became a daily problem so throughout my stay I had countless words with the premises manager. But that sorted nothing. Upon my first night I realised the basins were filthy, this was accumulated filth. Not just your general usage dirt. I took it upon myself to get bleach wipes to use before I used it on a daily basis. I got hungry after working at the Commonwealth Games and then I realised that the canteen was not open for every single day I was there until the last day. And that's when I realised the cleaning that took place. It was because there was an event taking place later during that day. I felt alienated from the service provider in such a way that I wanted a full refund. And I thought this would be the last problem, there was more in store for me. There was a water cooler. This is the only source of drinking water as the tap in the break room does not display the appropriate 'drinking water' signage. So we relied on this one drinking water source and it then broke 5 days before my departure. In a normal situation the premises manager would make sure that their clients are looked after. And water is a basic human right. But in this situation after mentioning this unfortunate problem I had to take cab to Sainsbury to purchase water to survive. Even on the last day I found that this problem was not sorted. Unfortunately this is the first time I come to Scotland. And this experience have scarred me profoundly. Also the audacity of the person which awarded this establishment with 3 stars, I think he forgot his minus.

A wonderful, well-kept race track and beautiful space around. I heartily recommend to all horse enthusiasts.

This has Become our new favorite thing to do on the weekend! We really love when they have different events with beer and food... all of the employees are so nice and helpful they answer all your questions and greet you with a smile every time.... this is a must during racing season...

Always a great day or night out. But even better when you great weather.

Very warm welcome from staff on ticket collection gate, really busy with it being a friday night but was a cracking atmosphere, would deffo reccomend for anyone who fancys a lively racenight
