People who complain about this company apparently haven't worked with their competition lately. I can't say enough about the amazing lengths Accellence went through for a brand new customer, getting my supplies expedited and in my hands within days of switching over to them. I have severe bipolar disorder and when I don't get enough sleep, it can trigger mania and has caused suicide attempts in the past. I had a hole in my air hose and I had been waiting more than 3 weeks for a replacement from the company we were using before, and Accellence got me a replacement the day after we contacted them. I want to thank Priscilla and Lori (sp?) publicly for going above and beyond for me and helping me and my family get through a very difficult time. Their efforts may have quite literally saved my life, and I will forever be grateful! :D

I have been treated very shabbily by the staff at Accellence Home Medical in Reno. Their staff is inefficient and rude. They contacted me about equipment I returned to Key Medical months ago. After I received the first phone message from them, I called back and was disconnected. My second and third messages were either lost or ignored. Then, I received a letter. By that time I was frustrated, but the staff person took it personally and hung up on me! I will never use this company again.

Very rude staff. It is hard to get my medical supplies from them. I have to have my cannulas mailed to me if I cannot make it to their office. Nothing but rude service. I ordered my cannulas over a week ago and still have not received them. Time to look for a different company.

The staff has no idea what they are doing. 4 people gave me wrong information. I wanted repairs done on my electric scooter, it took 2 1/2 months to get it fixed. You have to be proactive and call them. They NEVER call you to let you know what s happening. The staff NEVER returns your phone call. I left a message for the owner, who did call back and made every excuse in the book. Time to take ownership of your business dude. DON T use this company!!

The staff at Accellence Home Medical were kind and very helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I was having with my portable oxygen concentrator and it wasn't even purchased from them! They swiftly provided alternatives and tested my unit and then swapped out for a newly refurbished unit without any cost! Julia and Priscilla were wonderful! Thank you! Debbie

Thank you so much for getting my Powerchair, it's made my life much easier. Julia Humphrey was a true asset to your company she made it all worth it & Lori the office manager was also a great help. Some of the other staff is very rude & in need of training on how to treat ADA people. I hope in the future my experience is better & you could have got five stars, but I gave four stars & review to make sure people know who is helpful & what to expected.
