Hallman Chevrolet service staff is the greatest, Mark and Frank have always treated me with the upmost respect and given me the kind of service i appreciate. Work is always 1st class and done on time. Thanks to them I will always buy my cars from Hallman.

My bran new truck is having issues because of work I had done there. They say that nothing wrong could be found yet still try to charge me 100 dollars for a diagnostics test. Again, on something that was caused by them.

I bought my first car from the Used Lot at Dave Hallman. A 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse. They were able to get me a great deal, and low payments. Which is what I made clear I needed in the beginning. Some how I drove off the lot without anyone realizing I had an out of state inspection. Once brought to their attention, I was in and out the next day with a new inspection and brakes at no cost to me. The staff at Dave Hallman are down to earth and know how to make you laugh, I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. Can't wait to do business with them again in the future.

When I called Hallman's service department, Rick answered the phone and had me bring my vehicle in
immediately to have the windshield wiper problem looked at to see what the issue was. Rick was very polite and courteous. He had a technician troubleshoot the problem. The technician found out that the wiper motor needed replaced. Rick ordered the part and the motor was replaced. GREAT JOB GUYS!

After being in my first-ever cat accident, I called Hallman's and they immediately made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions and gave me all the info they could. The work they did on my Rav4 is outstanding. I called several times with questions and such, and always received the most thoughtful responses and she calmed all my nerves. Looking at my vehicle, you would never guess it was in a major accident. I am so thankful for the amazing staff and the quality work they provided. I love Dave Hallman Chevrolet! My boyfriend got his car from here and has never had any problems with it. They upgraded my best friends 2008 Poniac G6 to a 2010 Chevy Malibu for little to nothing more a month! When I decided it was time for myself to buy a car I wanted to do some shopping around. I called Dave Hallman's that morning and explained what I was looking at spending. I didn't arrive until that afternoon and when I showed up they had what they thought would be the best car for me. I test drove a few others and ended up getting the one they had picked for me because guess what, they were right, it was perfect for me!! I would highly recommend Hallman's to anyone!!!!

I recently bought a Silverado at Hallman Chevy and it was just a great experience, from begining to end. Both the sales staff and the finance dept. were very helpful and friendly, and I was in and out of there in no time at all. I let them know what I was comfortable with paying, and they managed to greatly surpass my expectations.

I can also say that I have had my vehicle serviced there, and that was, again, a refreshingly positive experience. Hallman Chevy is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life, and I have owned several domestic and imported car brands.

However, their ability to get a 'trade-in estimate' left a lot to be desired. We were thinking of the possibility of trading our vehicle, but could not get a trade-in value.

Great experience. Found the car on the Hallman website, talked to my bank a couple days later. Went to the dealership and met my sales associate. A couple hours later I traded my car in and was driving home in my "new" car. One service type issue still needs addressed after being looked at once already. It would help if I could drive the mechanic or sales rep and show them.

To make a long story short, after being transferred to parts about a quick question regarding a owners manual to a Chevy truck. I spoke to a man who was disrespectful from the start. I had asked him if there's anyway he could tell me the color coding of the wires I needed. He then began to scream about how he could not he only sells parts, then when I raised my voice back he tells me to get f****d and hung the phone up on me!? I'm still shocked!

I didn't doubt that the body shop would do an excellent job. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle and found that not only had it been washed on the outside, but it was thoroughly cleaned on the inside! I had been waiting to be sure that we were done with winter weather in the area before having my vehicle's interior cleaned . . . and now I don't have to! It was cleaned and polished, right down to the carpeting. That's what I call service!

When I had my oil changed recently on my Malibu I took it in to the garage at lunch time. I was at work, so I didn't get the message that my car was done and they were closing. When I got there the service area was locked and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get home. To my surprise when I had the receptionist call over there, Frank was still there! I was so glad that he stayed late so I could pick up my car! I work in a doctors office and we leave after the last patient, so it could be late sometimes. Thank you Frank for staying late so I could get my car, you are a great guy!

Brought in 2018 Equinox w/ 46k miles because of noise and shaking coming from passenger side tires. The problem was difficult to diagnose but Joel and the rest of the Hallman service team went above and beyond to figure it out and make it right. I feel that they greatly value my satisfaction and that showed in their actions.

We were rear ended by another driver and used Dave Hallman collision shop. When all was said and done, the car looked like it came right out of the showroom. The collision shop staff works miracles. Service department is TERRIBLE!!!

They do an excellent job at selling you the car, but when you actually need their assistance, via the Service Department, it is a totally different story.

When contacting their Service Department, you are often greeted by a rude, short-mannered, "what's-your-problem-now" women on the phone. Although in recent years, she has been better with her attitude, she still isn't very helpful or as friendly as you'd expect.

Dead Battery #1
My car died after 3 years of owning it and I needed to get towed to the dealership. I was in my car when all of the electronics flickered and then my car shut off. It wouldn't turn back on and I, or the tow company, could not jump my car back into power. When I called their service department, I was transferred 4 times (back and forth to the same people twice), they told me I could bring the car in and it would take a day or two to look at the vehicle (not a big deal). It was close to their closing time and I asked since they were holding my car overnight if they had a rental car I could use to get to work. They simple said they did not (apparently they only have two) and "I'm sorry, but there is nothing we can do for you." I was surprised by that response and after some unnecessary arguing, he said he would be able to work on it first thing in the morning; which they did. I appreciated that gesture. Turns out, the battery died and it was replaced under warranty.

Dead Battery #2
10 months after they replaced my battery, my car died again. It did the same thing as before, where none of the the electronic mechanisms would work (i.e. remote unlocks, engine turn, no lights, etc.). I tried to jump it and it still didn't work, so I needed to get towed back to the dealership. When the tow truck arrived, he tried to jump it to no avail. I called the dealership to let them know what was wrong with my car. The gentleman told me, "If it is the battery, you would be charged full price for a new battery because it is no longer under warranty." This didn't make sense to me because they were the ones who put this "new" battery in less than a year ago. What battery fails after less than a year?!

1) If it is the battery, they should be responsible for putting in a faulty battery, not me.
2) If it's something electrical, then they should investigate more into the car to find what's draining the source.

On the phone, I asked if he could do an electrical diagnosis on the car and he said that he would need to charge me for that!

Long story short, and as a witness was next to me listening to the phone call, the service associate, JAMIN SMITH, was INCREDIBLY RUDE to me and flat out UNPROFESSIONAL! I ended up calling corporate on him, stating the distasteful remarks he called me and how they were "handling" my services. Corporate admitted that he should not have said those things and they should do a complementary diagnostics on the car. The battery was replaced again, with no unusual findings in the electrical diagnostics they "claim" they did.

*Now, prior to having my car towed (the 2nd time), I unplugged the horn to see if that was draining my battery. When I received the car back, the horn was still unplugged. So, how could he have done a "thorough diagnostics," when the unplugged horn was still unhooked?

I DO NOT TRUST, RESPECT, OR RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM DAVE HALLMAN!!!!! Although their Sales Department works well with you, their Service Department is by far the WORST, with NO PROFESSIONALISM, and NOT WILLING to provide quality service to its customers!!! Unacceptable.
