The most unorganized people I have ever met don't give a damn bout people! Don't bother with this management

Horrible management!! I've lived here for over 5 years and nothing has changed. I was without heat (which is included in my rent) all of winter 2016-2017 and for the first few months of this winter. I kept complaining and maintenance came but kept telling me that it worked, didnt know what i was talking about. So for most of the winter i stayed elsewhere but had to stay during the week so that my son could catch his bus to school. When i had to stay i was forced to put my oven on and leave the door open, this is extremely unsafe. Fast forward to Sept. 2017 i am complaining once again about my heat. After 5 visits from maintenance it was discover that when they changed the heating in 2015 from the dial to a digital box, they NEVER connected the box to the actual heat. So now they are aware i have no heat with a child in the house and it still took 2 weeks from the day they realized it didnt work. Unacceptable! I tried calling the management office in Dedham and I was completely ignored! I mean not answering reception phone because you could see my name and number on the caller ID. Do not choose to live in any of their properties! Very unprofessional company!

Made a year in Jan 2020 and I so glad and proud to be representing HK. They take care of their employees, vendors and resident. A management company that cares. Thank you HK.

Very Very unprofessional company!
For a lease of 12 months; they took 8 months to confim that we are added on lease and share us portal account for rent payment from the move-in date. But still they did not share lease document with us to agree & sign; and expect us to pay rent on time.
After 5 months & multiple follow-ups for lease document, management says "we lost the document you submitted at beginning" and asked us to submit documents again.
Post re-submission of documents still it took them 3 months to add us on lease. I re-iterate they did not share with us lease agreement to sign even after we asked and followed-up for it.
Not even till now when our lease is ending.

How irresponsible you guys are ? You have such lazy employees.

They are never available in their office or on calling number so you can never reach out to them. Only way is email which they keep on ignoring.

I would not recommend this management company or their properties to anyone.

Great Place to Work with Fabulous People! Employees are friendly and upper management is caring. They encourage those who come from out of the industry (like myself) to learn the business and take online courses for better understanding. I couldn't ask for a better job or employer.
