Very Very unprofessional company!

Very Very unprofessional company!
For a lease of 12 months; they took 8 months to confim that we are added on lease and share us portal account for rent payment from the move-in date. But still they did not share lease document with us to agree & sign; and expect us to pay rent on time.
After 5 months & multiple follow-ups for lease document, management says "we lost the document you submitted at beginning" and asked us to submit documents again.
Post re-submission of documents still it took them 3 months to add us on lease. I re-iterate they did not share with us lease agreement to sign even after we asked and followed-up for it.
Not even till now when our lease is ending.

How irresponsible you guys are ? You have such lazy employees.

They are never available in their office or on calling number so you can never reach out to them. Only way is email which they keep on ignoring.

I would not recommend this management company or their properties to anyone.
