Horrible management!! I've lived here for over 5 ...

Horrible management!! I've lived here for over 5 years and nothing has changed. I was without heat (which is included in my rent) all of winter 2016-2017 and for the first few months of this winter. I kept complaining and maintenance came but kept telling me that it worked, didnt know what i was talking about. So for most of the winter i stayed elsewhere but had to stay during the week so that my son could catch his bus to school. When i had to stay i was forced to put my oven on and leave the door open, this is extremely unsafe. Fast forward to Sept. 2017 i am complaining once again about my heat. After 5 visits from maintenance it was discover that when they changed the heating in 2015 from the dial to a digital box, they NEVER connected the box to the actual heat. So now they are aware i have no heat with a child in the house and it still took 2 weeks from the day they realized it didnt work. Unacceptable! I tried calling the management office in Dedham and I was completely ignored! I mean not answering reception phone because you could see my name and number on the caller ID. Do not choose to live in any of their properties! Very unprofessional company!
