We had an incredible experience with Hall & Hunter, specifically because of Kelly Pine. She is amazing, professional, responsive, authentic and truly cares about her clients. Visiting homes with her were absent of any pressure and she was quick to bring to our attention things that could be potential red flags. We felt as if she was viewing each home as if it was going to be hers and it was evident she was prudent with our financial resources to ensure we got the best deal possible. This wasn t our first home buying experience, but it was bar none the best. I jump at the chance to recommend Kelly to any and everyone that may have a real estate need and the positive feedback and gratitude I get from them is testament as well to how patient, attentive and helpful she is. Additionally, it s been 18 months since we ve closed on our home but Kelly continues to be a resource if we have questions or even need documents. I don t know how she does it, but she even accessed a document from the lender after our original mortgage broker left and the bank was bought by someone else. It shows her tenacity, creativity, and connections within the field and how she leverages those for her clients. If you re considering buying in metro Detroit and beyond, please choose Hall & Hunter and cross your fingers that Kelly is available, you ll be so pleased!

Terrible realtor company. Dishonest realtors. They will lie to you in order to convince you to buy or sell a home.

Erin Speller (one of the realtors working for Hall & Hunter), also operates a daycare illegally in Berkley. She had the license in one of her employees names and is currently continuing to run the daycare despite the current non-conformance. Furthermore, she has refused to refund us the last weeks payment (deposit) when we decided to pull our child out of the unlicensed daycare. You would think that someone operating in real estate would pay closer attention to Michigan law and treat people in a fair and equitable manner. I do not recommend working with this real estate agent as she is highly unprofessional and dishonest. She prefers to make a buck rather than do what's right.

Had a negative, unprofessional experience at an open house. I left a message with the company to provide feedback on this experience and they never called back. When we arrived the realtor was already in the middle of being rude to another potential buyer.

Incredible, i thought real estate people always had to be personable. Good luck, seller, your agent probably chased away some good offers!

None of the other positive reviews on here mention the agent i met, maybe she's just not their all star.
