Since day one of having their service. I had nothing less of garbage service. I called in to check the status of my Warranty and what is covered. Obtain basic information about what my warranty covers. I provided several pieces of information. To which they can't find ANYTHING with that information. So I go an entire year thinking I paid for nothing. I get a call about renewing services a year later. The gentleman on the phone made me rethink my opinion on their company. But right after that. I called in several times to gain more information about the new policies they implemented since their change in policy coverages. Rather than answering my questions. I'm being questioned about why I'm calling and why I need to know these things. I finally have an issue with my car to which they just tell me no. It's not covered. You'll have to pay out of pocket for that. Terrible service. Unfriendly phone reps. Loss of information. No organization. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON. UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET UPSET.
P.S. Sending the same message about bad reviews to "look" over our coverage is redundant. You're basically trying to get use back into your poor care of hands. Actually do something about your company's standards. PATHETIC...

So far they've taken care of my warranty claims except one.GWC hasn't really given me a hard time and I've been able to take my truck for service anywhere I've chosen based on reviews or recommendations. I have no complaints so far and recommend them if your looking for a good extended warranty program.

Only bummer is they don't really like to provide rental car unless the claim is above a certain amount. Sometimes dealers take weeks even on small repairs which is out of our control and leaves us looking for alternate means of transportation.

Just like other reviewers mention - weeks with no progress (approaching a month). I was sold this warranty by a large dealership on a used car. Low and behold I need to use the service for a major oil leak. I am stuck in a loop of the warranty company needing pictures and then the pictures are not good enough. The repair shop communicates to the appraiser to come and see the vehicle and days go by with no update and no progress from the appraiser. Meanwhile, my vehicle leaks all over the place, has a burning smell, and a check engine light. "No worries. Just drive." - Nope. Also - did you happen to notice that the majority of great reviews here are from dealerships (that sell the service) and Google Guides (who receive perks for reviews - but don't need to actually use the service). I guess I can expect to receive the standard please let us know your contract number so we can investigate reply - basically to make it look like something is being done - when there is actually no vested interest. My contract number is GVG6EB39CC and the last 8 digits of my VIN are EBD01190. I purchased this warranty with confidence that I was going to be taken care of in the event of need and that is not happening. A response with anything less than your vehicle is approved for full repair is not a solution to the problem.

!!Buyer Beware!! I wanted to think I was in good hands considering that their motto is "No worries. Just drive." I would highly recommend you looking else where for an extended warranty company. They hardly covered the repairs. I ended up paying almost $900 in unexpected repairs that are listed on my coverage that they would not pay!! Do not purchase a warranty through this company. Save your money because you are going to have to pay for the repairs anyway!!

Purchased an extended warranty, and when the motor blew up on my truck the dealership I took my truck to , A Ford dealership , failed to make contact with Gwc in the beginning and even though my motor blew up and I was covered under the warranty which I purchased they did not honor my warranty just for the simple fact that Ford didn t alert them of the damage sooner which wasnt my fault. The Ford dealership even called Gwc and explain to them that they had fired the original handler on my truck because he didn t do his job right but didn t matter to Gwc

Gwc thankfully covered 60$ within my first 6 months of using the warranty. Luxury Motor Scam Club sold me this scam warranty for 5k only because they can keep 50% comission

If I could give this company no stars, I would. I purchased a used car last month and had the dealership finance the $5,000 for this warranty into the sales price. Today I needed to use the warranty for a squealing timing belt and alternator issues. I got a call back from the mechanic letting me know that GWC is not covering the services and I'm looking at $1,400 out of pocket because it's considered to be preventative maintenance... However, if Iet these issues completely fail, I'm looking at 1,000s in engine damage. I'm getting ready to call the dealership back. I don't want GWC anymore. It's not worth it.

GWC responded fast and courteously with quick payment to the service center I used. Car rentals were seamless taken care of through the service center. If I have one concern was the labor charge difference that I had to pick up the difference.

If 0 stars was an option, that is what I would give them. My sister bought a car from a dealership, who offered an extended warranty through this company. Well, the motor went in the car. She has now been dealing with this company for a month. First, they wanted pictures. Then that was not good enough. So, she was asked to pay someone to take apart the car to show them it needed a new engine. Of course, that is still not good enough. Then, they wanted to send out their own appraiser to verify it needed an engine. Finally, after weeks without her car, they agree to pay. Now, we are over a month since the car broke down, and the new engine has not even shipped yet and this company HUNG UP ON HER when she tried to get more information. What kind of company hangs up on a customer? If you ask me, this sounds like a major scam!! They are doing anything to get out of paying for this new engine, even though she paid them for this extended warranty! SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE WITHOUT A CAR AND NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY CARES TO DO THEIR JOB AND GET THE CLAIMS PROCESSED. INSTEAD THEY ARE STALLING AND AVOIDING AND TRYING NOT TO PAY FOR THIS NEW ENGINE!!
