I ve been a season ticket holders for years and have enjoyed most of the plays and the intimate setting. The actors are hard working and delightful. Not impressed with management. Tried to get a credit for my son s ticket since he needed emergency surgery the day of the play, and they were very unhelpful. The rest of the family attended and witnessed a Down syndrome girl get kicked out at intermission for not being able to keep a mask on. She has special needs and was away from people not in her party. A little compassion and understanding would go far.
UPDATE: I did call and talk to Brooke, and she confirmed their policy of no refunds but issued a gift certificate for the value of the ticket. This was basically what I asked for in the first place, so I am pleased with this. Seems like their communication within the company could be better
