Pete and Will always do an amazing job! I have requested them for years and have never been less than thrilled. They are professional and polite. They are hard working and trustworthy. I m always so happy for months after they come because my carpet and couch always look brand new and smell fresh. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Robert had wonderful suggestions to make ongoing bi-annual duct cleaning easier. I really appreciated his creativity in suggesting a better way. Jesse was very friendly and professional. He did a really great job cleaning our carpet and talked us through the process before he started. We felt very confident with him and will ask for him in the future! The carpets are very old and he really brought the life back into them. It s really important to me to feel comfortable with somebody moving around your whole house and he made us very comfortable.

Please note: I had been a lifelong customer of Hagopian so this is hard for me. Recent events, although rectified, costed me time, energy and piece of mind. My rugs were one way going in and another coming out. Old carpets needed recleaned. I was forced to retreat the carpet and rugs myself. Second cleaning came out better and one rug was resurfaced by Hagopian. Here is my thing; tags are made if paper. Seems to me if the rug is totally submerged in any type if wet solution for cleaning, the paper tags would get wet and start to degrade right? Seems if a rug was totally submerged for cleaning there wouldnt be spot veriations. It looks as if a family of racoons got drunk andhad a piss fest on the back if the rugs. In all fairness and honesty, there were some waterbstains around the perimeter of 1 rug and at the top as there was an accident and I attempted to clean the rug until I could get it in to Hagopian. Also to note, this would be the second time the blue rug "now with new back" had been cleaned. This was the first time it ever came back looking so hideous on the bottom, paper tag still looking new. I do thank you Hagopian for rectifying the situation. Still this experience is something I don't care to ever relive. P.S. Folks, I purchased two of the most beautiful pieces of floor art I have ever owned. Even with repurchase pieces...according to Jack at Hagopian, It seems that some manufacturer's use inferior adhesive products on rugs the sell. Hence, factor of my experience.

The techs, Rob and Zach came out recently and as they were cleaning, explained what they were going to do and if they ran into any issues (tough stains in my daughters rooms) how they would take care of them.
Thinking that there might be better deals our there I did a few price comparisons with the other popular services and they didn't even come close in terms of price (+$100). Give Hagopian a shot, you won't be disappointed.
Chris gave me good knowledge on how to keep up with ensuring my carpet stays clean. I just closed on this house and wanted to deep clean the carpets in the house to save some money. They both did a great job with my carpets and got a tough wax stain out in no time. 10/10 would recommend and will use again in the future.
