Jesse was very friendly and professional. He did a really great job cleaning our carpet and talked us through the process before he started. We felt very confident with him and will ask for him in the future! The carpets are very old and he really brought the life back into them. It s really important to me to feel comfortable with somebody moving around your whole house and he made us very comfortable.
