10 months of implementation with zero use.
I signed a contract with the Corrao Group for them to setup my Sales Force instance.
I was told during the sales calls that they would have the ability to setup my platform exactly how I wished.
After signing the contract and beginning the work they informed me that, actually, they could not set the platform up how I outlined numerous times on the sales calls. This was after roughly 6 months of implementation.
My point of contact with the Company did not seem knowledgeable about the platform. He would always have to check if he could do such and such.
I do not wish to leave this review, however, working with this company was the worst experience I had in 2019. I ended up losing $75,000 when you add up the Sales Force contract and the cost to work with the Corrao Group.
Very disappointed. It did not have to be like this. If they just did what they said they could do in the time they said they would do it then the experience would have been great. They did not fulfill though.
