Been very happy with Topline Sanitation s. They have been very helpful in any of my questions with floor maintenance and get me on the right track with chemicals and equipment. Even one flooring job have very old flooring which is not produced anymore, and went straight to the chemical manufacture for proper cleaning process and waxing. Was a floor you can t screw up on as not replaceable. So was happy to have Topline to give me the proper information I needed to put together the proper maintenance process with the flooring I come across and give my clients the best job.
Avoid this place at all cost! The owner is a rip off! I have been going to him for over a year and in the beginning he was easy to work with and his prices were great, and then every time I came he would tell me the price went up and since the service was decent and I thought why not its not a huge increase but then today he started off the conversation by stating his prices have gone up! I used to buy in bulk and came often and he said he wouldn't honour my last price or even a reasonable price! He simply refused my business! Clearly he has enough business so save your money and take it somewhere it's more appreciated!
