We have used Hagopian over the years and have never been disappointed in their work. This was our first time meeting Kristin H., and he lived up to our expectations. He was very personable, gave excellent customer service, and was informative. He gave added value by making suggestions for future reference about maintaining our carpet. He took the time to explain what he would be doing today before he started to make sure that we were on the same page. We continue to highly recommend Hagopian. They do a fantastic job!
