I hate car shopping..change gives me anxiety...I've never met a nicer sales person who was genuinely helpful and patient. Paul rocks! I would recommend this place to any friend or family member. I love my new car. I feel like Paul listened and helped me out with a exactly what i needed.

Haggerty Buick/GMC is by far one of the best dealers I have ever worked with. They exceeded my expectations once again last Friday when I purchased a new vehicle from Jason who was phenomenal. So I usually only write NEGATIVE reviews, but I had a wonderful experience working with Tre White and Dan Haggerty. I had been car shopping for about a month searching for the PERFECT vehicle. I knew I wanted an SUV, so I drove an Enclave, Equinox, Trax, Cherokee, Cadillac SRX, Cadillac ST5 at other places and finally the GMC Terrain at Haggerty VP. (where I was treated like a VIP) LOL. Tre was very patient with me assuring me he would find the perfect vehicle. He did, except it was the wrong color! Dan to the rescue! Dan searched and searched and finally found the RIGHT vehicle in the RIGHT color 160 miles away. They brought it to Villa Park and immediately called me. They were both very polite and found every possible credit they could with me! (if you're an educator, you get a discount!) My husband and I bought this SUV! I always anticipate a Horrible experience with car dealers, however these two men changed my mind! I HIGHLY recommend Haggerty in Villa Park!

I worked with tim butterly when i was leasing the car and also when i had to to return the vehicle. Both times the process was very smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend this dealership as they are very professional and courteous.
When I went to the dealership with an issue that I had about 3 days after I purchased the car with the brakes, I was pointed in the direction of the service department where the technician named Jake took complete initiative to take me for a ride in my car to diagnose exactly what the issue was. He then fixed it and then even went as far as taking care of another issue I was having with hanging components under the car without any issue. He was very professional and if I ever have to have any work done on my car in the future I will definitely be requesting him to be my technician. Very professional and down to earth and ecstatic with the work done to my vehicle, brakes are as new should feel!!!
Me and my wife took the day off because they said they had the vehicle we were looking for only to find out they didn't even have the car we looking for there so now we both lost a days work and was a complete waste of time they trick you to get you in the door

On 3/24/18, the GMC Service department told me the slow leak in my rear passenger tire was caused by a nail that was lodged at an angle. Because of the nail location and position, I was told the tire could NOT be repaired with a plug, and they offered a costly, complete tire replacement instead. I declined this tire replacement. On 3/29/18, I had the Car-X Tire and Auto center repair the same tire with a plug for $24. Apparently, the nail was NOT lodged into tire at an angle. Good thing I got a second opinion.
