Decided to get my MOT test from a local garage. Paid almost double compared to Halford and Kwik Fit thinking this garage would do a decent job. Although fairly decent I was very disappointed - I agreed a price to fix a part, when it came down to paying, the invoice included additional items which were not discussed/notified on previous communications. I like to know where I stand and if a price has been agreed, that's what I expect.
