The A2Z men's saloon is one of the best, I had mani and pedi by a professional lady called Evon, its the best result I have had in years. worth going to and booking with her. A2Z you have a very good employee that is caring and knows her job.

The hotel is located near the marina.
All in all, very clean and well kept, an elegant decor, the staff is exceptionally friendly and polite.
We had booked half board. The breakfast is served in buffet form, for the second meal we could choose between lunch and dinner daily. Also at these times a buffet will be set up. The meals are tasty and are based on the tastes of the world. According to local customs, there are very few pork products and for these a different dishes.

We are the first time for a week in Dubai and have chosen this hotel because we found price performance ok a club room with some extras eg in the afternoon from 15-17 o'clock coffee The and small snaks and evenings from 18 -20 o'clock the same as well also with wine and spirits and snaks and also the breakfast we could on the 25th floor which was great !!!! Only on 22/11/2018 is one of the hotel (manager I assume) always around there. The best is now on 23.11. We had a note in the room that there are changes. Fact is now the heat English Breakfest is no longer in the 25th floor thanks to the manager (I hope that his salary is also reduced) And also the snaks by 70% less (manager's thanks). What I can say the hotel is ok otherwise it is certainly not a five star hotel but it does not matter. Regardless of the hotel we will certainly never spend more bathing in Dubai. AND THE HOTEL IS NOT CORRECT TO CHANGE THE LEISTUNGENEN. That means I will not recommend it so not !! Always the same ones who do not work at the front (sorry managers do not work) are most likely the biggest al ....

Stayed here for 1 week full board with my family of 4, and what a great stay it was. Room was clean, staff were very helpful and great atmosphere overall, we had breakfast, Lunch and dinner mostly is the main buffet restaurant called al dhiyafa and the food variety was great had so many options even with desert, water and tea are included how ever soft drinks are chargeable. Also there s a waitress named Ranju she was amazing also smiling great service and friendly always!!! And what made our stay a little bit extra special was the 4GS security guard MARTIN! Great person, so friendly welcoming and helpful, also and a great chat every time he was on shift, the kids loved him. If the hotel is reading this review please praise them staff Ranju and Martin!!!.

Only negative thing was the photographer walking around taking pictures and then asking to you buy them at the lobby! For hotel at this Standard this is unacceptable! I come to enjoy my stay and relax not to be hassled into buying something I don t need/want

But don t let that put you off also it s a great location the Walk is 15 minutes away private beach too.

Family holiday back in March 2016. Great staff, brilliant food and service faultless. My kids were 7 & 9 at the time we went half board and only had 1 issue when i was presented with a bill on day for kids having a "small" glass of milk with their meal. Restaurant manager dealt with it immediately and waived the charge. Will visit again some day for sure.

Beautiful hotel, in the structure and services. Our room overlooked the infinity pool on the third floor and the sea. Excellent reception. Kitchen very good (international, traditional and Italian). Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent location with private beach and a 10-minute walk from Marina Walk. Our hotel stay was 5 days. Highly recommended.

As you would expect from a marriot hotel 5***** al habtoor grand autograph has impeccable level of customer service. Buffet and deserts are absolutely delicious.. The high tea is worth every extra pound. The resort is huge. My kid loved the pool and slides. Hopefully I'll make it there next year. If the price is good book it. Amazing time.

Good location, direct beach access, super friendly staff, thorough cleaning. The only drawback: very crowded breakfast (at certain times you queue)

Old hotel with bad management, I will never go back to it

Beautiful place to relax, chill, beach and pool.. location is great and accessible to all. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great food and ambiance. Clean room and spacious. I ve enjoyed my stay!

EDITED (5th Jan 2021): I am editing this review after the Manager (Mr. Ahmed) reached out to us while checking-out and personally apologised for the poor experience, which appears to be largely driven by inefficiencies due to COVID and the hotel running at 100% occupancy.

Although this isn't a valid enough reason for poor food quality in Luciano's and Dhiyafa + the general tardiness throughout the resort, it's pleasing to see that the front-desk management cares and are keen to promptly act on the feedback they've received from guests similar to us.

Most pathetic experience, by a mile. The lobby during check-in hours is a royal mess with unresponsive staff who appear to have no understanding of what hospitality is all about. Hard to believe this is classed as a 5 star property within the Marriot Bonvoy programme - amenities, food, and overall experience are shouting for a 3 or 4 star rating.

Do not get fooled by the Google ratings. Stick with Booking.com ratings.

I spent my 65th birthday in a wonderful suite overlooking the palm island and the sailing hotel, as well as the yacht harbor. Fabulous breakfast and aperitif in the private room. Great service. Very friendly staff. Free transportation to the airport by private car (Lexus 3.5). Wonderful sea and beach, as well as the large park with beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts. For restaurants there is plenty of choice.
To recommend to friends.

It is an amazing place. Good for family and corporate activities.

One of the worst hotel I ve ever seen. No AC , no facilities and nothing. They kept us waiting for more than 3 hours and this sucks. I couldn t even handle it and went back home. I hope they improve themselves a lil bit, in addition,the staff are so sleepy and dont know how to handle things.

Excellent hotel! Good service, delicious food. Private beach, many restaurants. 2 swimming pools.

The frontdesk people are very polite and helpful. The hotel is more like an office building with slight narrow and winding corridors. My room is a corner room, big and comfortable. but facilities may use a little upgrade. There are few sockets, and the usb ports in wall socket are not working. The washing basin in bathroom is installed at quite short height. Therefore i have to bend down real hard to wash my face. The music in the hallway is loud, can be heard clearly inside my room. The grand club is great, with all day supply of drinks and snacks. All in all, it is a very good hotel to stay in.

Not really a luxurious hotel. Decent and a bit dated.

Nice hotel, rooms outdated despite renovation. For 5 stars something else expected. Only climate, no fresh air! Mainly Russian guests. Plus the Bar Underground. Otherwise okay.

Stunning location ... staff available to meet your every need ... services offered of excellent quality ... HAPPY to have chosen it x my holidays ... I will definitely be back !!! ..... and in fact I went back !!!! A heartfelt thanks to the staff of the concergerie and especially to Ms MEGA ZWEETA for her undisputed professionalism ... she always welcomed us with a dazzling smile and always solved all our doubts or problems in the best way.

Great location, clean, elegant and extremely attentative personell.

Didn't see rooms, lobby is nice but carpets need better cleaning. Close to zero gravity, far from the walk. Great sunsets over water unobstructed by Ferris wheel.

This hotel is one of the bests in Dubai Jumeira beach. Highly recommend.

Very nice location, very great position, big and comfortable rooms, and swimming pool was fantastic.
What about food:
Luciano's restaurant make you feel in Italy 5*;
Al Dhyiafa very good breakfast and dinner.
Personal is very friendly.
