Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa Review

Its Located in Habtoor city in Dubai Marina, i gave the name Habtoor City cause the buildings Al habttoor built there are fantastic.
In this Area you will find more Consulates like French General Consulate, Peru General Consulate, Consulate General of Netherlands, Saint Kitts General Consulate and so on.
The Roads are not bad although so many curves or exits are there, speed cameras are there ( carefully ).

Absolutely fantastic hotel! So clean and the staff so friendly! Couldn't have done any more for us.

Honestly, the hotel has a swimming pool and a swimming pool followed by magnificence, with its Aqua and restaurants are decorated

Great place. Swimming pool is one of the best pools in Dubai, kids friendly, controls temperature, excellent staff, comfortable.
Habtoor is also one of the recommended places to hold a conference or an event.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Disney is sitting on the chair !!
And outdoor games are suitable for a 3 - year - old child, but only alone, the rest over 9 years

The banquet hall is beautiful and can accommodate large number for wedding and staff parties.
Their food choices and taste is really nice.

Stayed at this hotel in August and as soon as we got there they tried to throw us in a resort room right towards the end of the complex even though we had booked a standard room in the hotel. We were booked in by Shirju on the front desk More

Went for an iftar dinner. Wow what a range of food it has to offer during ramadan. Fewer option in hot and cold beverages but food section was amazing. Let starters but huge main course variety.

actually, I'm ex Habtoor and have 12 years experience in 5 stars hospitality, and during my career I've never encountered such a bad attitude from a FRONT office employee, will never visit Habtoor again as their standards seem to have gone extremely low.

Underground pub, good food and beer, live band ok good layout, but smoking in all areas

Paid to get an upgrade and the room was not as nice as others with no view.

Toiletries and towels not being replaced even after complaining in the morning.

Air con very loud in room which made it tough to sleep.

Unfortunately not a 5 star experience like competitor hotels in Dubai. Disappointed.

Great beach resort hotel. Direct access to the beach. Service is great. Rooms are nice. Hotel is not too big so it s more intimate atmosphere. Staff very nice. Cigar friendly.

Feeling very mixed about this place. Firstly I'd say that the staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to help. However the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. As a holiday maker the hotel felt more like a business hotel that was struggling to change to a tourist hotel.

Good main building rooms but still poor bungalow and garden facilities. One of the prime locations in town and easy access to JBR.

A good location, easy transport links but, unfortunately, in desperate need of quality renovation and an improvement in housekeeping standards. Not up to Dubai 5 star standards in any way. Poor check in arrangements and reception staff, a very nasty smell of drains or similar adjacent to the lobby toilets which they tried to mask with sickly air freshener. Guest towels that were of a far lower quality than those supplied in local water parks. Amateurish repairs to guest bathrooms, very poor quality maintenance for such a highly priced resort. Very disappointing.
