Exceptionally disappointing for the price I paid.
Let's talk covid 19 - My temperature was not checked upon arrival, no one was sanitising anything. It is truly disturbing at a time like this.
I had called the day before arrival to ensure they got the notes regarding the fact that we booked the stay for our anniversary celebration. The lady on the phone seemed uninterested and responded in a very dim way. I also checked with her what time check-in is and she said at 3pm. I confirmed that I would arrive there at 3pm.

When we arrived, the lobby was boiling hot and all guests were sweating. We were not offered anything upon arrival, not even a seat!!! At the reception we were informed that our room was not ready - this was at 3pm! The front office manager on duty came over upon our request due to the delay and instead of apologising say "what do you want me to do about it? We have some technical problems". I'm not sure which customer service training he took but it certainly isn't that of a "5 star resort". We were not welcomed upon arrival. We weren't told where breakfast would be served. We were not informed of the facilities available at the "5 star resort".
After waiting for a further 30 minutes for the receptionist to get us a room, we were told that we would get a twin room and that that was all that was available. We told that that is not suitable and we're then given a tiny room that is absolutely not suitable for 2 adults and a child. The room was set up for 1 person and had the amazing view of a wall and workmen!

We requested a room change and were sent for a very long walk to view the room in the 45 degree heat. The room was slightly better but it shocking that only 10 minutes prior we were told there were absolutely no other rooms available in the whole resort!

Needless to say, they did nothing special given our occasion, not even a happy anniversary at check in. The place is full of staircases with no lift in sight so I wouldn't recommend staying here with young children / if you're pregnant/elderly!

There is no cutlery in the room, not even a spoon to stir your tea, and when I requested it from housekeeping I was told I'd have to pay a 5 AED delivery charge to bring one from downstairs!

I have honestly stayed in 3 star hotels with better service than this and for front managers to respond either aggressively or using a standardised template with nothing more than an apology is completely unacceptable for a "5 star" resort.

In general the hotel is very run down, broken tiles everywhere, ripped towels, bird poo on all sun loungers, metal bottle lids and cigarette butts littering the lounge area at the beach. Guests aren't even offered a towel or a cold drink when arriving at the pool/beach. There were apples in the fridge from the previous guests. The breakfast was totally embarrassing, there's no way that this was 5 star service or 5 star food. The croissants were stale, I asked for an orange juice and was given a pineapple juice, the milk was displayed in milk cartons hidden behind coffee machines, waiters found it difficult to comprehend small requests.

I have also met other guests staying at the hotel who have the same complaints. If you can't run a hotel, don't open one. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

That was the best experience ever. We have the best time ever with this lovely and friendly people. We had booking for 14 days in this wonderful and nice hotel. We will come again here. So great team! Thank you ALL...we will miss you...

I will not be going there anymore.

Its overpriced, and the check-in waiting time is very long despite making the request during the booking.

The service is average and the staff are not bothered about the feedback and bad experience we had during our stay.

I made the booking and paid extra for the breakfast to be included, and when I went with my family for breakfast we were stopped at the entrance and asked to pay extra for the children.

So be prepared to be shocked..

Very poor maintenance at the hotel. Which is a shame, as years ago habtoor was one of the top hotels.
In need of massive refurbishment and landscape. The hotel management need to get on top of it sooner than later

With its restaurant Club Lunch. You have an extraordinary breakfast and a tasting of cake and sandwiches accompanied by tea or coffee in the afternoon. Above all it is the magnificent view that gives on the Palma Jumeirah which makes its particularity.

We really like Habtoor the food is delicious they have various restaurants so you can chose what to eat, is very clean and smells amazing, three pools and a nice slide, private beach , plus is always something fun to do for kids and adults, the Kids Club is a great idea to keep the kids busy while you taking time for yourself.

Good but expensive, beach party closed in low season (early October) .. if it was again I would choose the rixos that is nearby .. best lounge atmosphere by the pool and + close to the "evening walk"

Very nice hotel, very centrally located, everything can be reached quickly by taxi.
The staff are all very friendly and accommodating.
The food is amazing everything you can imagine, especially something different every day. Would come back to this hotel.

A really nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were also clean and spacious. However, "all inclusive" does not mean what one expects from it. There are certain restaurants where there is a special menu and only certain drinks are included. In some restaurants nothing or only the food is included but the drinks are not. At some point you will find out, but the constant asking is uncomfortable and annoying. I would no longer book this option here. Otherwise you feel very comfortable here and can relax well.

- the manager on site (Ahmed) took the time to come and explain / apologise following our review. He was responsive and appreciated the feedback we left.

Previous review - which I still think is relevant:
- 5 star status is extremely misleading
- disappointing service ( especially during check-in and check out). Had one staff during checkout at the desk for a resort this size. We also had to wait for 2+ hours to get our room, even when we arrived during check-in hours
- sub par food at restaurants
- breakfast experience was appalling - extremely busy and no real focus on maintaining social distancing etc.

Truly 5 star! Lovely clean, spacious rooms. Facilities are fabulous. The club room is second to none. It has a great outdoor space with a fabulous view. The staff are attentive and food and drink great. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Dilen was a wonderful GRO. She recommended me all the great sights and restaurants of Dubai. She spoke multiple languages and I really enjoyed her advice.

I had a great time at Hubtoor Grand.

It was beautiful place, great rooms, gym, spa, jacuzzi, private beach. It had everything and the service is wonderful.

I would highly recommend Hubtoor Grand Resort Autograph Collection!

The 5 star hotel corresponds to the declared level of service. The first line in front of the bay. 2 pools with heated water. Lots of points to eat. True pedestrian from the metro far away. It s necessary to take a taxi. There are many of them. Mostly Toyota Camry.

As described in the catalog, it was in the system. Very friendly staff and wide choice of food. Size sports facility in the house gets towel separately everywhere he goes. Hotel beach is guarded. The facility is also suitable for families with small children. (Kindergarten, swimming pool, pool with slide, and beach toys are available to borrow. Would like to have stayed longer

Beautiful hotel, really comfortable at a good price, breakfast a bit expensive (25 per person) but it's worth it, only flaw: it is not allowed to make calls with whatsapp via the wifi of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel everything is perfect there is a French referente pr the French who speak not too much English. It is clean it is classy the staff very attentive the food is a complete hotel the view is just magical and it is well placed a stone's throw from the marina and in front of the palm, can not wait to return!
