Splendid resort! Kind and service oriented people/personel. Several great restaurants, excellent breakfast buffet. Perfect tenniscourts. Great Pools and clean beach. Unforgettable holiday!

All the team member where amazing. Martina and Gagan were exceptional. Went all out for us from taking care of our daughter to Tidying up our room. We were treated like a VIP, pampered and taken good care of.

Beautiful and has a lot of services and the staff are friendly / It happened and we had my daughter's birthday, and when we entered the room there was a cake and it was received for her

The pool is pretty good but a little worn down. The whole pool is too deep for children but the children's pool is only good for toddlers. They need a shallow end. Even though the hotel is on the beach, it's a bit of a walk especially when it's hot out. I'd say about 300m? Location isn't great for restaurants etc. Rooms are strictly 4 star except for the bathroom which is pretty nice. The family suite is large. Service is excellent.

Great place to relax with the children. The food and drinks offerings are amazing.

The Most Peaceful environment you can ever experience

Went to the Elixir spa for a 60min massage which was excellent.

The restaurant is comparable to a canteen. Loud and uncomfortable. The food is partially burned otherwise acceptable. The pool is ideal for families with children. The gym is excellently equipped. The rooms are well furnished. Everything is private on the beach.

Exceptional hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Dubai Marina and other amenities. Definitely plan to stay there again very soon.

Top hotel except for the disgusting mattresses on the sunbeds.

Great beach break! Dubai beach in front of the hotel, comfortabel rooms, good food and good for an evening stroll at The Walk. No business hotel as some other places, really holiday :)

The hotel is beautiful .. and sophisticated .. And completes the beauty of the place with the ethics of distinguished staff .. I had a reservation for the holiday period and I had to postpone it for a very urgent situation .. Thank you to the management of the hotel to appreciate the circumstance and delay the booking .. Thank you to the receptionist Mr. Ali for all his welcome And service and creation ok.

Nice beach hotel with 420 rooms & all the facilities. Very near to skydive Dubai. Amazing place to enjoy.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The location is great and convenient, close to marina and JBR.

The room was tidy and nice. The view was great it overlooked the palm and JBR. You can also see skydive Dubai and watch the skydivers in the morning. They have great restaurants and if you like south African restaurants then you are at luck and should try the grand grill they have amazing steaks.

I spilled BBQ sauce on the bed sheet and expected them to change the sheets but instead they just flipped it inside out. Which makes me wonder if they actually change the sheets. We highlighted this to the reception when we checked out the next morning.

Could use more plugs for cell phone charging. Could use 2 paper coffee cups to make coffee to go. Shower ran on floor..they came right up to clean up, fix shower & replace towels. Too far from everything in Dubai. Didnt live the location..cost me a lot of $$ in cabs...but used mall shuttles often. Beach is a far walk in heat, but pools were great.
