A cozy hotel, super clean, beautiful and efficient..surely staff, polite, nice and very helpful..good breakfast, plenty of choice and plenty of it..Beautiful area, great location for getting around Paris (M4, M10 and M12 very close) and close at all..

During a business trip, I had the opportunity to spend a few nights in this hotel very well located in Paris. The rooms are certainly small - in Parisian fashion - but decorated with charm. What especially marked me is the availability and the reception of the staff!
I preciously keep the address for my future Parisian travels.

Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is great. Our room was clean and comfortable but small in size. A/C was not available during our stay in October and we experienced a rare heat wave which led to difficult sleeping conditions. There is a nice lounge with bar service and the breakfast was great.

Really nice place to visit Paris. Very clean and in the center of Paris. The people of the hotel is very kind and speak English. I recommend 100%. The room we took is a little small but is perfect for tourists.

We stayed here leading up to Christmas. What an amazing hotel! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel was Beautiful, rooms were super clean and thoughtfully decorated. The area and the street were my favorite part. I can t wait to come back to Paris and Saint Germain. I d stay at this hotel again anyday! This hotel is a gem!! We love smaller, more personal hotels when we travel and this fits the bill with about 30 guest rooms. It is located in a great area, close to metro stops, shopping, cafes, and most importantly patisseries! The staff is excellent. Valerie, who staffs the reception area most days is the epitome of French grace....friendly, helpful and always ready with a smile. There is a lovely sitting area and lower level breakfast area (which we did not take advantage of). The room was perfect, with a window opening to the street below. So happy we chose this hotel!

My husband and I stayed there in March for two nights and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodative (we checked in late). Excellent location, we visited it a year ago and we really liked this hotel. The attention is unbeatable and the cleaning very good. The rooms are small but within the standard of what you can expect in Paris.
Bad customer service. My flights were canceled out of the US and I missed all connecting flights to get to Paris for the weekend. Completely out of my control. By the time I could get to Paris I would have been there for a day, so I decided it wasn't worth all flight change fees. I explained this situation to the hotel concierge, and there was no sympathy, and I couldn't even get a partial refund. Absolutely no budge on the reservation. She was not a nice person, and I will not consider staying here on my next trip to Paris.
In America, at least in my experience, we have good customer service to keep business and that's clearly not how this hotel operates.
The elevator is a bit small, but the rooms are clean and the decor is cute. Walking distance to multiple stations is another attraction.
