Bad customer service. My flights were canceled out...
Bad customer service. My flights were canceled out of the US and I missed all connecting flights to get to Paris for the weekend. Completely out of my control. By the time I could get to Paris I would have been there for a day, so I decided it wasn't worth all flight change fees. I explained this situation to the hotel concierge, and there was no sympathy, and I couldn't even get a partial refund. Absolutely no budge on the reservation. She was not a nice person, and I will not consider staying here on my next trip to Paris.
In America, at least in my experience, we have good customer service to keep business and that's clearly not how this hotel operates.
