I ordered a Husqvarna part for my lawn tractor earlier in May 2015, but I've been told that Survantage
Dixie Sales can't expect to get the oil seal from Husqvarna until June 11, 2015. So, I've already been waiting two weeks only to be told to wait almost another full month = June 11, 2015. ?????????????
What kind of parts supply service is that ????????? I could walk to Husqvarna in Milaca, Minn., and
beat June 11, carrying the oil seal back with me.

I never heard of this company until they emailed me an invoice for UPS collect, out of the blue. Apparently Karcher USA uses them for warranty fulfillment, so Karcher shared ALL my info with this company and thier credit department is invoicing me for something. They got my address and email correct, but screwed up my first name. THE TRUTH. The "Karcher" agent contacted me. The invoice was a mistake, but the people I have been talking to as Karcher USA are really this company, Gardner Inc. It has taken 2 months to get this warranty "fix", and I dont "owe" anything, but I am thoroughly fed up by this entire experience. They are just sending me a copy of the cheap thing that leaked, so it will leak again, I am sure.

I have a generac portable generator and the housing for the fan and pull cord broke. I called generac on a thursday afternoon ordered what I needed and they told me I would receive my parts the end of the following week. I came home Saturday to my parts. Thank you for packing them up and shipping them out right away.

I would never buy from these people again. They are slow to offer warranty repair even when product fails within the first few weeks. When their warrantee repair fails they are so slow to finally fix the product that it is BARELY still warranty AND YET they refuse to extend their warranty even though their product spent most of its warranty life in one or more of their authorized warrantee repair service. They will not replace a lemon, they are not worth buying from. BUYER BEWARE

i have bought a few portable generac generators ...... when it comes to part that come from other suppliers .....thats were i had enough. can you believe GARDNER DIXIE SALES charged me $7.03 for one nut!! parts for the generators cost to much very disappointing

I called Gardner Dixie Sales and spoke with Jennifer P. I explained to her no fewer than 15 times that I needed a gearbox and a horizonal shaft. She explained it would come assembled--I pressed her numerous times to confirm...She said absolutely. She told they were the manufacturer. I received the item and it ONLY INCLUDED THE GEARBOX and NO SHAFT. I am convinced that Jennifer P. scammed me, FRAUDULANTLY. She absolutely LIED to me. When I just called and spoke to Doris (Brown Summit, NC). DORIS told me they didn't have the horizontal shaft nor do they have the woodruff key nor the shear pins---Doris refused to credit me for the INCONVENIENCE caused by Jennifer P. and I am STILL WAITING TO GET A LABEL TO SHIP BACK THE GEARBOX (THAT I CAN NOT USE). I would be very cautious of using this company to purchase any parts!!!

We ordered a replacement part for our power sprayer. It took much longer to get to our house than we were promised and then when we received the package, it contained lawn mower parts. I had to hold for customer service over 15 minutes and when I finally got ahold of someone, they just said the warehouse made a mistake. They didn't offer any discount on my purchase which is wrong especially when I now have to go out of my way to correct their mistake including making a special trip to UPS. I also have to now wait even longer for my purchase. Poor customer service in my book!
