Nice hotel . Rooms are clean and spacious . Rain shower in room 1324 is not working but water pressure is strong. But staying only one night so didnt bother to report. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The Hotel strong point is their buffet spread. Simply delicious and varied types.

Good location. Service is OK. Rooms are nice. Close to Mid Valley if shopping is on your mind but a bit of a drive to downtown KL.

I'm not reviewing for the hotel over all but the restaurant. just OK because i couldn't find much variety food served.

Nice hotel and the chinese restaurant food are delicious

The room is clean, spacious and nice, as expected from a 5 star hotel. The bed is really comfortable, so are the pillows. The couch is useless and is so hard without any curves. The ones in the lobby are just as terrible. Desk and lighting is nice. TV seems standard for South East Asia. Carries FOX Sports for UFC and Football which is enough for me. Comes with a massive umbrella which is a big plus because I went in the rainy season.

The bathroom needs a lot of retooling. Taking a cold shower is a chore because, for some reason, the cold water pressure is really small. The hot water pressure, oddly enough, is big, so taking a hot shower is just fine. Funny enough, the pressure in the handheld shower in the bathtub is a lot bigger but I can't really have a shower in a bathtub without flooding the bathroom so... Also, I wonder who's idea was it for the washer for the toilet to be on the left hand side. Totally backwards and makes it unnecessarily awkward for us south east asians.

The shuttle however, is absolutely useless. I dunno if it's the fault of the concierge or whoever but I reserved 3 times and all 3 times, they failed to provide the service. Once I asked to leave from the hotel to KL Sentral and when I went down 5 minutes before the departure time, the shuttle left and the concierge said I did not reserve when I for sure did. Then, right then and there, I asked to be picked up at KL Sentral and they for wrote it down in their agenda. Unfortunately, at 10 pm their car was nowhere to be found. The next day, I called for a pick up at Mid Valley. After calling 3 times because somehow it took 10+ minutes to transfer me from the reception to the concierge and sorry but I just don't have the patience to wait 10+ minutes on the phone in a busy mall, I told the reception to tell the concierge to pick me up at 6 pm and gave my room number. Alas, they did not show up AGAIN. Absolute rubbish! I had no problems AT ALL with the shuttle service in Ibis Nana Bangkok. It's not that hard to run a shuttle service, come on...

Food is just OK. About the same level as what I experienced in Novotel Batam but WAY behind Pullman Central Park or Pullman Surabaya in selection and taste. It took the waffle guy 3 tries to get me 1 waffle and it was still floppy, soggy and severely undercooked. Didn't bother tasting it. Then next station, I can't get a poached egg from the egg station even if the picture on the station's label is a pair of poached egg. Come on...

All in all, pretty mediocre. Other than the room, obviously, it's pretty much like staying in a Novotel. I expected more from a Pullman brand. It's too bad KL doesn't have any Sofitels around. Will try the City Center one instead next time I visit KL...

Stayed for a couple days during a business visit, good atmosphere and helpful staff.

The flight of a little movement was not good, but it was a beautiful hotel.
Breakfast was also delicious.

I was at Pullman bar today. The food was fantastic n delicious. En Faizal s service was fabulous. He was very cheerful n ready to assist us at any time. Overall had a good time.

Quite central for people in PJ & KL. Watch out for the jams

A 5 star hotel, great for function like wedding with affordable price. The rooms are exceptionally lovely and clean. However, some of the receptionists are quite slow

I would expect more at this cost. Pullman Kingpower at Bangkok is far better than this one and at the less cost.

I dine at your restaurant for a Hi-Tea session.. am not sure if you are a 5 star hotel because the food taste is not up to mark although presentation style was good.. even outside vendor's food could be better.. e.g. black glutinous rice with red bean is not even sweet did the chef forgotten about the sweetener? Yogurt with strawberry / banana vanilla is disgusting.. sup kambing is not consumable it taste like blood.. Sushi chef only can produce 1 type of rolled sushi and not displaying on sashimi at 12.30pm?

Hope you can review the culinary chef skill or maybe the head chef need to check properly before presenting the food..

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The reason which I extended the stay twice. Very happy with everything- The rooms, the ambiance, restaurants and the food. The only thing which was a bit inconvenient was the access in and out of the hotel, due to traffic, but then that is something which can't be helped. Overall a very nice experience and the price I was charged was reasonable too. My special compliments to the staff at the Concierge. Keep up the good work

First time visit for a function. The decor and ambience of the Grand Ballroom were quite apt. The Chinese food that was served was good.

Parking is ample but the signages were confusing. One has to get used to it.

Very nice hotel with staff that do what they can to give you a good experience.

life is good when you have colors in it...so as in this hotel.
love the theme ...colors everywhere.
makes you feel young and energetic all the time.

Link all dining was an extremely friendly & comfortable dining for family. The variety of food gave the comfort for adults & children

According to the standard in the way that has been used But still not satisfied with the breakfast Indian and Malay food Not delicious Lamag chicken is very hard. Recommended to add Chinese and Japanese food.

A functional business hotel with modern amenities and above average food offerings. The room is adequately finished although the room cleaning services have inconsistent standards such as no new towels and unkept areas. The food at the Link restaurant is above average with great spread of variety for breakfast and lunch. Loved the Hot Stone massage at the spa lounge, the stones were indeed hot enough, but didn't like the facial treatment at all. Gym was well equipped, except that it wasn't attended, and there were elderlies using the machines which made me really nervous that they might hurt themselves. Overall I enjoyed my stay, with the only complaint that the location is less than ideal, which the hotel made up for it with its complementary shuttle to mid valley and KL Sentral.

Good place to stay with ok price and yet close to city

There is 1 lady named Miss Purnama that firstly attend to us as soon as we arrived there with her non stop smile from the initial to the last step of ours out of that buffet dinner. Really pleasant to be served by a person who attends their client at its best. Thank you Miss Purnama..

Rooms are nice. The area itself has nothing much to offer. Need a cab to everywhere.

Food was good. But the pastries was little hard and not fresh overall experience was good.

Good facilities and services from sales person Jauhari also Harris from banquette team. They are always give their helps if we are having problems especially this morning, AV guys team help us so many times to fix the audio and speaker problem. Others, banquette staff on duty today especially Harris and team also give a great commitment. Thank you so much !

A great Accor brand in bangsar which is a few KL from the city centre

It is a fairly new site, hence very clean and tidy. The staff welcome is nice, checkin was straight forward although there was some confusion over the breakfast which was sorted out swiftly

Overall the facilities are good with the hotel having a bar with a live band playing and a restaurant

The only thing we didn t enjoy was getting out of the hotel to cross the road to get to KL Gateway which is a small shopping mall. You have to risk your life to cross the road as there is limited footway for pedestrians . So much so on the first day we had to catch a grab (taxi) to get across the road. Not great

I gave 4 Star to the hotel for excellence service. But we have to pay RM$75.00 for lost parking ticket even we have booked 10 room with the hotel for a special event. The Duty Manager that evening said we have to pay. Spoke another Duty Manager next morning and he said we don't have to pay the parking ticket. We booked 10 room with the hotel..

good job everyone. especially the banquet staff which is shahir (can control 4 event per day alone ), rian, hasan, hush, faris, the AV staff, izwan and akmal, food was nice, thanks to chef borhan and all the staff. surely will repeat the events at this palce.

Sunday Hi Tea was great. Good place for family gathering and birthday celebration. Don t forget to ask the staff to sing birthday song for you.... a team of very friendly and pleasure floor staff. ALL are so pleasant! Give Faisal a thumb up !

A multi-flavored restaurant, although the decoration is very old, but the food is good, especially the rice noodles, it is worth a try.

Smallish hotel with challenging parking. Please note basement parking entrance height is only 1.9m. Lifts are quite small.

basically, 60% of the food is good,
there are a few items that need serious attention.
1)The curry crab on the indian section, crab was fresh, the curry would have been superb, if the chef did not add in the cheese.
indian cuisine prize they herbs, seriously, skip the cheese, the curry fish was authentic taste.
2)The staff on the BBQ section is not a proper trained chef. too slow in the cooking process and only small portion are cook.
3)The cold seafood section,
mud crab is too small and over cook.also the staff are not chef.
you dont need half and hour to boil a 300 gram mud crab.
boiling water , put in the crab 5 min, kill the fire, wait anothe 5 will do. overall is a good place to enjoy dinner

Recommended for both and personal purpose. Esp for business, the place is very convenient and food provided up to 4x a day.

Very helpful staff, comfortable room and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Bangsar.

The weekday dinner buffet has lots of choices and the food are delectable. The food selection are mainly western, Malay, Indian, and Chinese. The staff are friendly and very helpful. A waiter named Faisal is very polite and helpful. Really recommended if you're buffet fan.

The room was okay, toilet was spacious and nice. However, toiletries were of low quality and the fridge was empty. I went to the lunch & dinner buffet, and the cold cuts section needed a wider selection
