Nice stay but a few things to take note. The sound proofing isn't that good, door closing door a bit too loud, corridor carpet a bit smelly, lift access card system not working. The executive lounge having a fantastic view but too bad the glass windows are too dirty. The staff are too busy to refill food for breakfast which you have to wait for some food to refill before you can enjoy it. Overall still good, bed is comfortable but doesn't feels like 5 star to me.

Hotel is like a motel! It's cheap and the bed is nice for a stop over!

We had our father's 70th celebration at Link All-Day Dining at Hotel Pullman KL. It was a lovely event made even more special by the attentiveness of the staff. A special thanks to Ms. Cammie, Mr Reduan ,Mr Hnim and Mr Faisal who made sure that everything went smoothly throughout the event.

Nice hotel located in bangsar, this hotel is near midvalley megamall and the gardens, only 10 minutes using grab, hotel staff was quite helpful. I bought the biggest room in this hotel, the room was pretty clean, the interior was nice, i got the view from 10th floor maybe, the pool was nice, but not enough for many people. I got breakfast, breakfast was nice, plenty of food was served well. A recommended hotel for travelers in kuala lumpur

They are not a fully functional hotel ... significantly reduced service levels .. yet they price and charge as though fully functional ... call ahead to inquire

Wasn t expecting a such a bad experience during my stay
1) the first impression was the parking and it looked like some rundown apartment parking.
2) The room had many defects. Toilet spray was leaking even when not used. Shower was leaking even when turned off.
3) swimming pool and jacuzzi was very average. Sauna was under construction .

If this was a cheaper hotel, I wouldn t have thought much about the defects but as Pullman hotel, I feel all these are unacceptable. This hotel Gave me a very bad impression of other Pullman run hotels.

Excellent service. Great staffs, neat room, quality toiletries. But the door for my shower did not stop water from flowing out, causing the entire bathroom floor wet.

Tricky access. Tend to miss the turn in. Not purposely built for hotel so the building gives an office building feel. Car park is lousy.

The room was cozy, food was great, hotel staffs were friendly, room service excellent (intentionally put my small stuff scattered around room but leaving untouched)
Definitely will come back, of course will be back sooner if got discount!

3 * ambiance for a hotel which claims to be 5*
Forgot to bring my phone charger and requested for one.... I was told none such service available.
Parking looked like a run down building parking.
Fort the same amount I would rather choose Doubletree or Traders.
Very unlikely will stay there if it wasn't my company chosen hotel.
However the breakfast buffet was good and plenty of variety.

I am quite satisfied with my stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable. However i am not very happy with the reception who collected a RM 1000 deposit from me for just 2 night stay, and collected RM 600 from another girl who is sharing the room with me. Why need to collect RM 1600 for a 2 night stay when the room only cost RM 640 for 2 night for both of us. And not only that, for other people in our group, some was collected RM 550, and some RM 220. Why is there such different rate of deposit? Aren't there a standard protocol?

Air con is weak, and smell of smoking in the room. Overall still a comfortable stay.

I love this hotel! It was my first time staying here and I was made to feel so welcome by the staff. (In particular I must compliment Joel, Vincent and Chloe in the Executive Lounge) and Aurelia on the front desk downstairs.

My room as lovely and as an Accor Platinum Member I was made to feel very special.

Breakfast and evening cocktail hour in the lounge on level 26 is great and so peaceful.

The rooms are lovely - I really loved mine, the bed was so comfortable.

The pool area is very nice and the water temperature was just right for me. I also ordered some satay by the pool, and in over 40 trips to Malaysia I have to say that this was the best satay I have EVER had in the country - you would think the best satay would be on the street in Penang, but, no, it's here at The Pullman Bangsar!

The Executive Lounge on the 26th floor is a lovely oasis of calm with great views. There was a cheese on the evening cheese board I fell in love with and one of the staff even went to the trouble of finding out from the chef what cheese it was and it's name so I could try and find it locally when I returned home. That's service!
If you're not a Platinum Accor member it's worth paying a bit extra for the rooms with Executive Floor access - trust me on that. The morning breakfast and evening cocktails and "mini buffet" more than make it worth it.

The shuttle bus is convenient, and it's easy to get cabs at the hotel, but I used Uber and had no issues at all - it worked brilliantly.

The WIFI also works really well in the room.

Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff are obviously very well trained here. They took a great amount of pride in their jobs and they made me feel very special throughout my stay. I can certainly recommend this hotel highly - it's my new "go to" hotel for KL.

We loved our time at the hotel with our 20 month old daughter. As Accor Platinum guests, we were upgraded to an Executive room which was a corner room on the 20th floor after booking a standard room.

Initially, our room faced directly onto the adjacent office tower, however after requesting to be shifted, we were moved to the opposite side of the building with a superb view down the highway towards more of the KL skyline.

What made this trip exceptional was the access to the Executive Club Lounge on the 26th floor. Although we have automatic access as part of our Platinum Accor status, we met plenty of others who had purchased club level rooms for not a great deal more than what we paid and it seemed like incredible value.

The lounge offered a quiet breakfast, all day refreshments including coffee and two hours of canapes and drinks in the evening. The food selection in the evening was exceptional for a lounge and on several nights was enough for us for dinner.

Although I wouldn't suggest that the staff went "above and beyond", they were certainly polite and well mannered. They assisted us politely with every request and were helpful on several occasions where it was required.

The room was modern and very comfortable. Our corner room was a good size for our daughter to have space to move around and not for us to be tripping over each other all of the time.

The hotel is located right next to multiple train stations, so travel by train around the city is cheap and easy. Although on some locals advice, we used uber to go everywhere and over the five days, we took well over a dozen uber rides for the same cost as a single uber ride in Sydney Australia. It was exceptional value and a great choice for us.

The hotel itself is not located somewhere where you can walk to everything. There is a new shopping mall across the road and convenience stores are nearby, but if you want to go anywhere else, you will need to use some sort of transport. The twin towers are a 20-40 minute uber ride depending on traffic and most other destinations we went to were between 10 and 30 minutes away. Traffic can be a little crazy in KL, so be ready to budget a little extra time to get around during busy periods.

For the price, we can't fault this hotel and as I mentioned, if you get the club lounge access, it puts this hotel over the top for value in my opinion.

The hotel food is delicious, the waiter was very polite, but the carpark and some old.

satisfied and happy with the service & hospitality. except the parking rate was too high. i was not informed if there's flat rate for hotel guest or not. I arrived at hotel between 7-8pm, went out for dinner at 9.30 pm. charged for 10 ringgit. return to hotel at 11.45pm and was charged RM20 after check out. was dissapointed with the charges.

Nice hotel located less than 10min drive from KL downtown.

The beauty of the hotel is not as good as the service. The Air Conditioner in my room did not work. we slept in the Heat. Staff do not help when reports are made. Maintainance simply comes into the room without doing anything. I am very disappointed with the service provided.

The hotel and services were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was I have been a gold and platinum accor member for the last eight years stayed at different brand of accor hotels across different countries such as Australia, Singapore, Hongkong and US, this was the first time I was told that the welcome drink for gold and platinun members is beverage only no alcohol. I have always enjoyed a beer or a glass of wine at the bar on the day of arrival. This was the only time I didn't get to enjoy this.

We booked two Pullman suites and one Classic executive room to celebrate a good friend's 70th birthday in KL. My Classic executive room was upgraded to Junior suite with my Gold member status. Check in was very personalised in the executive lounge. This gave the birthday friend a very good feeling of VIP treatment.

Breakfast and evening cocktail spread was excellent. One of the best in the Pullman group of hotels I have experienced. We had some friends over for drinks in the birthday suite and Jhonie from the executive lounge made arrangements for the ice bucket, wines glasses and complimentary birthday cake to be delivered to the suite. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in the executive lounge.

All hotel staff members from the Concierge, Front Desk to Executive Lounge were excellent. Special commendation must be given to Jhonnie, Benny and Agus in the executive lounge. We are a group of 6 staying in the hotel and the staff joined tables and reserved the table for us throughout our stay without us having to request for it. Such initiative is noticed and appreciated.

A big Thank You to all at Pullman KL Bangsar. We will be back again!

I had lunch and dinner at there. Food of chinese restaurant are delicious. @azamstaff very polite and provide good service.

Had a photography session experience at the hotel. Client choose to getting ready here but the reception is at Menara TM next to it. Modern interior and large bedroom. Very neat and clean hotel. Location are near to hot spot such as Bangsar, Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens. Near to LRT station where you can take a trip to other famous spot like Central Market, Petaling Street Market and KLCC.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Great choices of food for breakfast.

Ilham the staff who attended to our table was very courteous and attentive. He was very efficient and helpful. Our plates were changed promptly and our requests were acted upon without any hesitation. Such exemplary service by a young staff made us all felt welcome. Overall the food spread was very good alot of varieties to choose from. The ambience was cozy and relaxing that provided a nice dining atmosphere to all clients.

The seminar hi tea at studio 2 on level 3 this afternoon was indeed a total disappointment. There wasn't anyone responsible to attend to the situation.
Someone from the management should be look into this. Thank you. Regards.

Great hotel, incredible dish, wonderful hospitality

Went there for dinner buffets, lots of awesome & delicious food, drinks & dessert, the main attraction is the grill mantis shrimp & crawfish, but sadly there's no grill lamb. Clean, comfy & cozy atmosphere, friendly & handy staff and for the price, it is very pricey, RM100+ per head. All in all, it is worth it.

Today. I celebrate my daughters birthday at Pullman Hotel bangsar. .we had a big surprise when the hotel join celebrating my daughters birthday with cake n birthday song..she was so happy.....tq very much to the manager En Badrul as i know he is the only one knows about my occasion today...n tq to waiter faizal who is serving my table.
Great hospitality ....superb friendly staff here..cant wait for my next visit here....

Really great hotel to stay at, very clean and accessible to Bangsar area. Many mainland chinese tour groups stay there though so be prepared to share breakfast area and elevators with tons of them.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable restaurant. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Mr. Badrol, Mr. Hnin and the rest of The Link Restaurant team. Nice foods with great staffs.
