I dine at your restaurant for a Hi-Tea session.. am not sure if you are a 5 star hotel because the food taste is not up to mark although presentation style was good.. even outside vendor's food could be better.. e.g. black glutinous rice with red bean is not even sweet did the chef forgotten about the sweetener? Yogurt with strawberry / banana vanilla is disgusting.. sup kambing is not consumable it taste like blood.. Sushi chef only can produce 1 type of rolled sushi and not displaying on sashimi at 12.30pm?

Hope you can review the culinary chef skill or maybe the head chef need to check properly before presenting the food..
