P.O. Plus

Know what I hate? Those stupid UPS/FedEx "sorry we missed you" sticky notes tacked to your door when you arrive home from work. Sweet, now I have to wait at least another day for my package or arrange a pickup elsewhere. If you're an avid user of Amazon Prime like me, living in SF can be a pain because FedEx et al. can't just leave packages on your doorstep. A great way to fix this is setting up a PO Box and have P.O. Plus accept your packages on your behalf. They are great for several reasons: 1) Friendly, efficient staff 2) Safe, secure drop offs for your packages 3) They will either text you or send you an e-mail when your packages are ready for pick-up. They have a million other services that I haven't used yet, but will probably inquire within when the holidays arrive and have to send packages around the country.

Amazing! A printshop that cares enough to fairly price in an extremely overpriced area! Other store in the same area charged me literally twice as much for the exact same job. I will be using them all of my shipping and print needs. P.S. service as top notch

Five stars for accepting donations of styrofoam peanuts, plastic bags of air, and other enviro-bad packing materials that otherwise would end up in the trash. Since they can't be recycled, it is great that these folks reuse them. Now if amazon dot com would just stop packaging everything in boxes ten times larger than the product .

This is a great one stop shop for all of your packaging and postal needs. It s conveniently located on Castro Street within a couple of blocks from the Castro Muni and about a block from a range of different public transportation buses. The prices are competitive and the wait time is usually not that long; the staff is super informative about the best way to achieve whatever your goals are upon entering the shop, in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.

This is a wonderful local post office with shipping options, gift cards, and P.O. Boxes. I love the kind and fun crew who work here. They and PO Plus are integral and sweet parts of our neighborhood. I love it.

Two years ago, today, March 29, 2017 I paid PO Plus $1026.00 for 3 years of service Five months later August 9, 2017 I paid PO Plus $342.00 for an addition 1 year of service giving my account a total of 4 years of service PAID IN FULL in the amount of $1,368.00 June 30, 2018, I closed my account @ PO PLUS. I have repeatedly asked PO Plus to REFUND the 3 years of service that was paid for and never used since closing my account however PO Plus still refuses to do the right thing. Being a customer of PO Plus for over 20 years I am very disappointed in how PO Plus has handled this. The bottom their receipts should say ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS instead of Thank you for your Business

Shockingly good customer service, coupled with consistently lovely employees. I just mailed something for 1.92 and was treated like I was spending far more than that.

Great service. Better than the UPS store on Market St. I love bring able to get my mail anytime 24 hours a day. UPS has limited hours and they're not very friendly there.

I am more than happy leave an excellent review for P.O. Plus. As it was for many years, the service continues to be first rate courteous, professional, prompt, and reliable. What I love most is how everyone on the staff embraces the diversity of our LGBTQ community and fosters a welcoming sense of dignity and respect to everyone. No matter what type of day I'm having, I always leave with a smile and peace of mind.

Great staff and amazing service! I travel a lot and never worry about missing a delivery. I used to have to spend a lot of time waiting in lines at the post office, or driving to delivery depots a couple of cities away when UPS or DHL or FedEx didn't catch me at home. Now I just go one place, and they're efficient and super-friendly! I'll never go back to having my mail delivered at home.

Notary (Shelby) was rude but competent. Rest of staff was awesome.

PO Plus is a must need service in the city if you re worried about your packages being stolen off your porch, if you need to ship things around the world, or if you simply need some stamps or a funny gift card. Friendly customer service is what keeps customers coming back. 10s across the board

I brought many packages to this place and every time have I been greeted and approached with awesome customer service. Even when I couldn't ship something the staff here especially "David" went beyond and found alternative means of shipping for me. Kudos to this man and location. 4/5 because of pricing. Can't complain I do have awkward items to ship.

Sean is a gem. I came in with a suitcase and a duffel bag. Sean helped put everything in one box to ship out. I had to make two trips this way. I appreciate them having my information from the previous transaction to get me done quickly. I highly recommend for your shipping needs.

I hate to leave a bad review for a small, independent business, but when they operate by the same predatory business practices as a large corporation that really becomes a distinction representing little difference. They charge $3.25 as a base fee for printing a document, each page an additional $0.20, no first page included. Does their overhead justify that fee? I couldn t say - I can say that UPS up the street charges a $3.00 base fee, and so by market logic why would they charge any less when we don t really have other options? Except that we do: Eureka Valley Library Branch at 16th and Pond, just a couple of blocks away. The cost is $1.00 for a print card including 10 BW pages at $0.10 a page. Support your true community services, not those who might merely feign it! (the friendliness of the staff earned them a second star, not that such friendliness matters much when the service is inaccessible) (and for those imagining theirs is a reasonable fee, FedEx charges what is still a rather outrageous $0.75 for printing a single sheet, and they don t seem so hard up themselves)

I'm a longtime customer of P.O. Plus and a huge fan. I have a mail box here and with people stealing Amazon boxes from your steps, it's well worth it alone. The staff is friendly and attentive and are expert in all the small details of shipping. When I've had issues with Fedex or UPS, they know how to help, when I've had odd shaped things to ship, they have the packing for it, when I receive 20 packages in a week they offer a cart to help me carry it. Totally recommend PO Plus.

Great spot to ship from if you're in the neighborhood. They give you all the shipping options including usps, and recommend what's best for you. Packing prices were reasonable. Staff was very friendly and good at their job.

Always a pleasant experience whenever I come in to this place, the people, the service, the fun vibe! Not to mention that i never needed to wait in a long line like at the post office around the corner!

I love these guys. They've always been there to answer any questions I may have. Sometimes I can't make it into the city to pick up my mail, but they make it super easy to package it up and mail directly to my home! Been using this service going on 5+ years... not one problem!
