Hôtel Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar Review

Check in service very slow and waiting area is not air condition. We had to queue for hour and a half just to check. Its the worst for a 5 stars hotel rated.

Very attentive hotel, got a wishing well card and free macaroons upon checking in as my daughter is in wheel chair just discharged from hospital after leg surgery

I am so hung-up on a specific issue that I'm left speechless! Yet still, I cannot fathom the sole fact that my stay, was disgustingly ruined by one particular staff member from the venue mentioned, and moreover she is even found stationed at the front desk, can you believe that? A rude yet bearing an utterly ungrateful sense of being from the Philippines, named SHERRYL CATUBIG, Front Desk Concierge at Pullman Hotel, Jalan Pantai, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur!
Have no idea where and how to begin this review after the woman had already ticked everybody's nerves by a mile who've had stayed at Pullman Bangsar before, go check the reviews people this isn't a lie! I just want to state the disappointment that we've all faced and in fact being forced to put up against having to deal with this horrendous conduct shown of a female at the first point of contact with the hotel by Accor group, which I regard much respect for their reputation garnered before! My advise for those reading is that if this organisation truly serves the needs of guests customers, then please lend a ear and act upon it already, SHE HAS GOT TO GO! FIRE HER!

The hotel is clean but there is a hotel of the same name so you need to take a taxi

The price is moderate and the facilities are very good. The hotel is large and the transportation is convenient. It is close to the sky train and the room has a glass desk.

It is the second use, but I think it's good because there is nothing wrong with it. It was included with breakfast, but it is good that there are many varieties.
, location is not good, but if you walk to Universiti of LRT or use the shuttle service well, the movement will not be bothersome.

being a 5 star hotel and still spamming their customer mailbox without the option to opt out. maybe good to stay but definitely not a good idea to leave ur contact to them.

I was there attend my supplier iftor event. Place is good, got band playing music, friendly stuff. Food is ok. Worth to try.

Sea food was very nice. We loved to eat. Resturent staff faisal was very friendly and nice. Will come back

It's just an average type of hotel, it's clean enough and the staff are very friendly, the restaurants are not the greatest, I would stay here again.

Comfy stay. Both the room and bathroom is spacey and clean. Happy to receive the extra discount 10% or 20% (couldn't recall the figure) when we chose to dine in.

Nice spread, nice bbq seafood we had, just slow refill after running out slipper lobster and yabbies. Was worth the price.

Good service from them in Link all day restaurant in Pullman Bangsar. Really appreciate the early check in by Hnin we came by earlier than our booking time in eatigo. The food is so delicious and the waiter keep on pouring the water. Overall we love eating there

This is a 4* hotel under the Accor Group. Location wise at first glance on the map looks very convenient but it's actually a bit confusing for Grab and taxi drivers unfamiliar with the roads there, let alone normal drivers.

Some rooms are facing the highway and it can be annoying to light sleepers, even with the thick windows. The view of course is spectacular to some like me.

The facade from the highway looks like an abandoned building and Accor REALLY NEED TO PAINT the building.

As there's another Pullman in KL, it can be confusing as both are called Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Here it's call Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar. So be careful which Pullman you're going!

My sleep was disturbed b4 9am ! 23rd Sept'18. They knocked to ask make up the room, when clearly it's No Disturb. Couldn't slp after that, lousy 5 star

Love the Good Services, Varieties of Restaurants & Food. Beds are big & comfortable. Rooms & toilets spacious.

excellent service. There are many types of food. Mostly delicious.

Oriental Chinese Restaurant offers very good, tasty and creative dim sum for lunch. This is our first time trying the charcoal bun in salted egg york. The pastry dough is soft and the salted egg york filling is wonderful. The rest of the dim sum offerings is just as good. You should check out the crispy duck skin cheong fun, you don't get this anywhere else.

Hotel, restaurant. Very well decorated to stay. Has indian, chinese and continental food menu. Foods are average. All are buffet items.

Celebrated mom s birthday at the Link Pullman Bangsar and the staffs are very attentive (especially thanks to Faizah and Azam) to us.Will come back for more great food and hospitality here

Having dinner at link all day with service from them was a good memory thanks to manager Mr Farith from his hospitality and good service..

A short break, with transportation convenience, wonderful f&b with no intrusion of your privacy while having a very comfortable accommodation that stays looking new. Those are the reasons why I keep coming back to Pullman Bangsar. Always looking forward to my next stay here. Thank you Pullman Bangsar.

i been doing training course for four days and their staff being so handy . mr. Haris , mr. Riyan , mr . Shah , mr. Fahmi and mr Faris being helping me while im here. The menu rotation is the same as previous event we made in this hotel , we needed so much more than a normal pastry. Food is very less than expected . so far its value for money and environment is calming .

We all had such a great stay. My husband, 2 year old daughter & myself love staying here.
The executive lounge is great to relax & unwind in & the staff are all lovely!
There is so much variety at breakfast, everybody is happy & the rooms are very comfortable & spacious.

This place is Ok, just make sure you don't cross path with Chinese tour group in the buffet area, or you might need to fight for your food.
