Excellent services given by Reduan and Ilham. Thank you for all your excellent services and attention given. Food was very good especially the oyster. Keep it up.

Attentive staff! Very welcoming lady at the Line restaurant.
Impeccable service..at 11pm when we realised we ran out of drinking water they sent a couple bottles of water with no hassle and rang to confirm we received it.
Check in and out was seamless and speedy. Room was clean and quite spacious. Loved our stay there.

Everything from check-in, rooms upgrade, staff attention and service, room comfort and check-out was perfect ! Please keep it up. That is why we keep returning to this hotel.

It was a wonderful dinner with family . 4 star for the dinner and the resturent "The Link all day dining".
Waiter staff look different in unifom he disappoint us because of his service. He was walking in restaurant like he went for a walk or go stand keep his hands behind like a boss.
Over all every thing was good .

Many thanks for the prompt services (only too prompt to the point that even unfinished dishes were cleared away just too sooooon lol) by all the friendly staff, a fairly pleasant variety of food spread (and with first-class quality!). .. The hotel buffet is really MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE truly a heavenly dining experience once you entered their realm!

This is my second visit to Pullman. Hi-tea buffet at Link All-Day Dining with a wide varieties of food and friendly service from the staffs. Worth going with the discount booking from the app Eatigo.

Room was nice and spacious enough. The pool is small though. Walkable distance to lrt kerinchi, they also provide free parking

services are terrible . waiting for 5 hours to check in .from 2pm and room was available on 7pm. order from agoda about 2 weeks ago !!!!!! the reason is room still under cleaning ??? very good services !!

At little bit off from the nearest station. Outside of the building is old and quite aged. But inside is fantastic as you can expect from Pullman. Facilities are all there, gym, pool, restaurant etc. In the room, there are all amenities and equipments, hair dryer, iron set, fridge, slippers and else. Room's condition is quite new and lited well. There is only one universal outlet on the desk though, so you might want to prepare some adapters. Overall, best place for business and travel. Great for this price. Highly recommend. I suggest anyone to come here by taxi or car. Note that from 2017/09 there is Tourist tax for foreigners stay in Malaysia so needed to pay at checkout. To my knowledge, this apply to all hotels.

Nearest transit is Kerinchi LRT Station about 500m walk. If you can *fly* Universiti LRT Station is nearer, only 250m over a multi level junction.

Very clean hotel with large variety of food for its buffet. Shuttle is provided to various places of interest. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi is the best thing I want to go at the hotel after a long tiresome day.

Been there few times for 'buka puasa' and reason being... a lot...lot of variety of foods...you just named it. From appertizer to dessert...they have served durian also. You walk to choose the food untill you dont know what to eat..looking forwars this year..what they will offer..

Food not nice, not a good hotel to stay or organise a event

The king room was great. Have a tub for kids and shower for adults. Have proper reading table to work. Spacious enough for a family of four. Have kids pool so you can supervise your kids with no worry. Breakfast was superb. Dine in could improve on the taste. Receptionist was friendly and quick. Doorman was always ready. Maybe could work on the exclusivity of the lobby because all these good and star rated services need a really great lobby plan and decor to boot. Overall, extremely pleasant stay.

I had a great moment there and I really enjoyed the place the vibe everything there. and I remember the kind waitress named kiki she's really nice and I love to be back as soon as posible and offcourse my favorite cafe there was Petit Cafe.

Satisfied with the stay and good value for money. The only downside is the signage to the hotel is lacking causing a lot of drivers not able to find the location. Many has drove wrongly from Mid Valley and ended up going to Kerinchi Highway or took the wrong turning right outside of the TM tower.

Hotel in a decent location. Parking is adequate and function rate is RM8.00.

Lobby quite big although the lounge area seems a bit dark because of the lighting.

As I attended a wedding, I will confine my feedback to the food and service at the Ballroom.
Ballroom has decent height ceiling and pillarless seating for approximately 45 tables. The PA and Projection Systems and screens are good. However, the food served (Chinese dishes) were a big let down. Other than the soup which was served relatively hot, the rest of the dishes like the roast chicken, fish, vegetables, were lukewarm at best. The steamed prawns was served hot. Prawns were fresh and had aroma of Chinese wine from the broth, but unfortunately the prawns tasted bland. The lotus leaf rice was also below average - shrivelled and hard oyster and again not much taste.
Cannot comment on the dessert as I did not want to stay back any longer.
The service was also below par for a hotel... inattentive waiters and not trained to serve. Took a long time to get water or wine or beer. Chinese tea refill was not regular.

Disappointing.

I didn't stay here but to attend a seminar. Seminar signages are adequate and easy to find the venue. Seminar hall is big with plenty of projectors in the hall. Lighting and air-con cooling are OK for the crowds. Breaktime food and beverages with different lines and queue was not so long. The staff are attentive and courteous for all guests. Good experience here.

April 4, 2017 - Lack of courtesy and hassle. He can take the plates when we still hold the spoon to eat. Even worse, when the old glass of water left idle on our table is sent to the other guest's desk. If I can record the incident, maybe worse. Please install CCTV monitor your employees. Thank you.

The spread was good and senior citizens had half price

Seafood buffet on Saturday. We used Eatigo app for some discount. Otherwise it's a bit pricy to me. Food is OK but no surprise to me.

Smack-dabbed in the heart of KL lies a hotel with great services especially in the Lounge. The food was great and Zen has showed an example of a great service along with her colleagues in the lounge

Location is a big problem. NO SHOP around!
But the room is good.

Pullman hotel is one of the upfront place in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel is 5-star and offers sone of the authentic cuisines in their restaurant.

Easy access to kl gateaway shopping mall.. Nearby with kl gateaway university station, and kerinchi station.. More than 10 studio rooms can be rent for event. At lobby studio rooms there is one room special for guests to chill after seminar and the room called "chill room".

Had trouble dealing with the staff at the reception ........ not so helpful.

My wife and i stayed a night, booked through Accor website and then another 4 nights as part of my church retreat participants. We had a very ssatisfying stay at the hotel. The staff did an excellent job making us feel very welcome, not just at the executive lounge, but also the check-in process as well as the tireless F&B staff. I would like to especially single out Mr Andy Tang, Assistant Outlet Manager for going out of his way to delight us.

Staff are friendly and very helpful.. The food nice & Nice view..Also not forgot to Mr Farith always give as better service and more importantly good jobs ask person in charge..

As a regular visitor to Kuala Lumpur I have over the last few years used this hotel as a base from which I have short travel time to City. The staff are excellent with a fantastic work attitude, nothing is to much for them, always greet you with a smile, the management are very helpful which overall with excellent facilities and lovely rooms make it a great location for family or business trips.

Hotel was looking very nice. A bit hard to find out hotel due to NOT clear signage. Front desk service not much satisfied, which is not in clear explanantion. For example the room direction and lift usage. Most waste thing is room air condition not cooling enough and TV not working properly (channel issue). Breakfast all nice. Hope management will take action on this matter and improve your hotel services.

Affordable prices, lunches here, there are a variety of foods to try. From vegetarian, chinese, malay, indian, japanese, desert to many and representing the eyes

I have been doing our training and other events here the past 5years. Superb event rooms. Friendly staffs. Especially the banquet boys. Very helpful and accommodating. I like to thank Jauhari, Huss, ikmal and Ryan hidayat for their commitment to make my 3 days event goes smoothly. Keep up the woks guys

The room looks sexy with its see through bathroom, the bed is wide and soft. Requests are well taken care of the housekeeping and refill of teas is never been this generous, I'm a tea person by the way. Breakfast has a wide selection of healthy food. The pool and sauna are always available upon request.

The room condition is good but the food is not so nice and i saw some space beside the swimming pool,if it can be developed into a sky garden for people to hang around , definitely it can attract people who love nature to stay there.

Ms Sharmin & the staffs are very helpful and accommodating to our requests. We love the foods. Overall good experience as its our 1st time held our events and we'd been upgraded to more spacious room! Definitely would be in our option for future event.

Breakfast are very good and staff helping during breakfast are fantastic. Free shuttle to Central Station and large shopping mall is very good idea. Thanks for a lovely stay.

During the walk to the Universiti Metro Station one unfortunately has to cross a very busy highway. It will be good if there can be a bridge across the highway to reach the shopping mall and the Metro Station easier.

Good hotel with a great F&B selection.
Rooms are nice with plenty of space and reasonable amenities.
