Hôtel Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar Review

Good big rooms and great hospitality. Everyone greets you and serves you with a smile. Well situated at a very connected central place in city and right next to two mega malls and multiole eateries. Prices are reasonably decent of booked online through any of the travel portals.

If you are looking for a business like hotel this is suitable. Situated in Bangsar near TM brings access to many public transport and they provide everything under one roof. With trained staff to assist you with all your needs

Had a great experince at the pullman hotel and the staff of the resturent really took care of us azam the waiter was really polite and the place is very clean

Had lunch at Link restaurant yesterday with friend. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and Indah was very friendly and good service. Will be back definitely..

I like the room. It was an awesome room, but unfortunately, the service is not that special. The Front Office Staff did not ask for deposit, so I must pay directly to the restaurant for my breakfast, whereas I could add it to my membership points. The lobby was dark, and so was the restaurant. It really does not reflect a 5-stars level. I checked in in the middle of the night, but the FO staff did not offer any upgrade as it is quite common for a very late check in. The staffs are definitely need more training in Service Excellence.

Considering those things above, I definitely won't stay here anymore. This is my first and my last.

Had an amazing time at the Link Restaurant here in Pullman Kuala Lumpur celebrating my sister's 35th birthday! Food and service is simply phenomenal and the staff here are the friendliest. Will certainly come here again

Love the room. Spacious! Bathroom is clean! Got shower and tub. Shower rain is just amazing!

I was here for one week everything was good. Staff is very supportive.

One thing i didn't like was shaving kit. There is no point in using that cause those blade are dead. They replace it every day but instead i suggest they can provide one good kit which can last a week.

Am here for the PMSB -MIM TTT course. Facilities are good , with tasty and wide variety of food for lunch. Tea breaks are also good with good quality refreshments.. proper tea,coffee and fruit juices. Would suggest to have suspended projectors in the training rooms.

You can get whatever you want here...except mother and father...if you rather be adopted...Pullman!

Service was amazing. Breakfast was always good and the staff was very responsive. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in total and it was clear that they were paying attention to our needs so they could anticipate a what type of coffee we wanted at breakfast. Rafli took the time on my first morning there to walk me through a typical Malaysian breakfast and all the various components of nasi lemak. Imran at the concierge was such a delight. He made sure to give us tips of the best things to do and how to do them most efficiently. He was about making sure we had the best time in Malaysia and would often check in with us. I will visit this hotel again and highly recommend it!

Nice hotel. Good service except buffet breakfast not enough food and very slow to add it up.

Good value hotel for short or medium stay. Quite crowded - especially on weekends you need to come to breakfast at 7am if you don't want to fight with masses of people. Convenient location next to LRT Universiti.

The location and the room is all good. The king size bed is very comfortable. The only thing that need to be improve is the shower hose. It leaks when shower is turn on. But does not bother me that much.

The hotel is close to the railway station and is very convenient to the city centre. Introducing the massage service in the hotel, my mother did a foot massage, I did a head and shoulder massage, the masseur is very good, we are very satisfied.

I stayed with a friend when we were in KL for vacation. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms are very neat and comfy with everything you need. The only reason I rated this 9/10 is because the bathroom has no lock, which is inconvenient, and this is my only complaint. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Parking is difficult if there is a big event in the hotel .. it's hard to tell if you have parking where ..

A hotel which was another name another name when it was first opened Pullman Kuala Lumpur is a great place to have events or just to catch up with friends. Huge lobby peppered with art

Really satisfied with good staff and good environment

Experienced an excellent service from all the staffs (Haris, Riyan and team) and super friendly. Highly recommend to organise an event here. Well facilities and good food overall. Love it and would definitely choose Pullman in future!

Overall the room is satisfactory but I'm very disappointed with the buffet spread. Good if can improve on the food quality.

My family and I have a pleasant dining experience here, the food are nice. even though we are quite late, the friendly staffs serve us with smiles and attend to our request on food. Simple and pleasant anniversary dinner for us.

We celebrated friend's birthday at Link restaurant. They served varieties of food, western, Chinese, Indian, Malay cuisine. The services were great, from the live kitchen chefs to the waiters. And the atmosphere was good.

Nice and fresh food, good variety of choice and friendly staffs.
Look for Farith, he is very helpful.

Driving here need extra care as the location/journey fun main road was quite confusing.

The Pullman Bangsar has been on a steady trajectory downwards from when first staying here two years ago. The number of nights required to stay to receive complimentary laundry service has increased from 5 to 7 (highly unlikely for a week long business meeting).
The standard and quality of the food at breakfast has deteriorated, and a number of items were cold. at the buffet.
The room service was mixed, and on one occasion no laundry slip was provided. When one was brought up, the person delivering it informed that I would need to call someone else to collect my laundry hardly proactive service.

All the staff has always been very attentive and caring.
Lounge is such a good place to be in as the staff is also extremely attentive and caring. The Hotel has very well trained staff.

beautiful hotel . very comfortable bed and blanket make me don't want to wake up in the morning. fresh view from the room hotel . a little suggestion that the hotel should put a comb. very satisfied big love .

Personal is very friendly and helpful, especially Cindy in executive lounge and Santosh from the restaurant on the 1st floor.

Went to meet my brother. Just up to the lobby, interesting environment. Quite specious.

I am not sure whether this is 4 stars or 5 stars hotel, but for business trip, this is quite good place, price is rather average and next to Menara TM building

Comfortable hotel as expected of a Pullman, just a little out of the way but 5 minutes drive to midvalley megamall. Great for a quick getaway or meal

Great experience dining first time with Pullman Bangsar in Link All Day. Booked through call and was assisted by Badrol, was told the food variety as I was looking particularly for a seafood buffet. Fresh seafood served! My table was served by Faisal and Shovo, very kind, friendly and efficient staffs! Assisted my grandparents and asserted to our requests all the time. Badrol and Farid helped to plan a surprise cake for my dad s birthday, it went well. Thank you staff of Link All Day!

The lobby environment is good, but the room equipment is getting worse and worse. It has been in the air for seven times, and it is worse than once. I hope they can improve as soon as possible.
