Clean hotel, big bed, parking relatively safe. Location also easy to escape into bukit pantai during jam

Contemporary city/business hotel. Clean room, standard sized room and well maintained, with exception to a broken light box in the bathroom. Room amenities are complete. Equipped with rain shower, bath tub, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, torch light, safe deposit box, mini fridge and kettle; yoga mat and a mini dumbbell too. The street heading to the hotel entrance is quite narrow though, especially to buses. So, avoid parking at the roadside. Conveniently located next to Kerinchi LRT line and bus station by the main street of Jalan Pantai Baharu (approx 5 to 10mins walk). Close proximity to Menara Telekom and Universiti Malaya (UM)

I was staying in the Pullman Bangsar with three other colleagues for a 2-week work trip away from home. We all agreed that as a temporary 'home', the Pullman would be hard to beat. Everything we needed was there, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, there was a very good choice of restaurants and food and the breakfast was exceptional. Any time I had a problem, however small, it was sorted out immediately.
The only thing that I wished was that there was the possibility to move around in the hotel without having to use a lift all the time. In the UK we are used to having staircases and I did not enjoy the fact that for two weeks I couldn't walk anywhere. I think this is fairly common in KL hotels but was the only negative point for me.

My room was good. Just that the air conditioning needs serious attention. The temperatures are inconstant throughout areas I was at (ie. Meeting rooms, ballroom and my own room).

I found the hotel location a little difficult to find even though I had stayed there some years back. Basically, the roads there were diverted cos of the KL Ecocity project and we had to go around a few times before finally reaching Pullman. The rooms, check-in were ok and the welcome drink a nice gesture.
The shuttle bus to Midvalley is definitely a plus and would be better if the bus runs at a more regular interval.
I also noticed the number of TV channels were quite limited and having ChannelNewsAsia would be good

Excellent Bar was excellent. Especially the bartender Mr Rupesh was amazing. His tending was exemplary. Hats off.

Link Restaurant great food & great service with waiter by e name of Nizam rendered a great service, friendly, & helpful when I m having my hi-tea.

I was upset that my stay was so short as I was passing through. The hotel is full of life. The room was very cozy and clean. I loved the bathroom. Everything from checking in to checking out went great. The very wonderful helpful lady who checked me in arranged for taxis to take me to my activity. I was already late when I got to the hotel. She also arranged for a taxi for the airport. She made a call for me to find out where exactly my activity was. Very great experience.

Perfect location. Breakfast is particularly delicious. Friendly staff...especially Santosh at Link Dining.

Poor concierge and shuttle service
Waited for return shuttle to the hotel, despite reached 10 minutes earlier, still didn't manage to spot the hotel's van (told as white colour? Hotel's name not specified on the van). Finally waited for 30 minutes, however was welcomed by an poor mannered hotel staff, accusing me of not waiting there when he reached earlier.

Bad experience, would not consider to revisit this hotel.

Food isn't so great. Place can feel a little cramped up at times.

Nice place to stay but have better book it in cheaper price.. The price might increase especially during festive season

Nice room, we got extra decorations for our honeymoon voucher and it s simply amazing! Even came with free desserts after checking in. Stayed only for one night, and the breakfast buffet is just average. Facilities are superb, staff are very friendly and helpful.

I regulary go to Pullman Bangsar hotel chinese restaurant for lunch.
I love dim sum and other dishes. It is very yummy and ingridoents are very good.
Also, staff are quite nice. Most of them are very kind and well take care of customers.
Today, I went there again for my lunch and the staff, Mr.Azam offer very good service while having lunch and the food I had was excellent.

In the past I had a good Friend MR TAN The GM of the Hotel.
When I went to the Registration I was told that he had been transferred to another property in East Malaysia .I was attended by a very young Girl.Because of the above I was little bit disappointed at that time . Suddenly Linda came to my rescue.She was really experienced and a Very Good Person for the Hospitality Industry.She could help me a lot in finding the Rate which I saw in The Inter Net (on line booking Pullman in City Center)
From there on wards the People from Bell Boy to every one including the House Keeping People treated me very well.I used the Chinese Restaurant also in addition to the Main BF Restaurant in the Ground Level.I got the same type of Service I used to have while Mr Tan was there even in his absence.

Pullman KL Bangsar was home for a week for me as I attended training there. Service by all employees was simply wonderful, never failing to smile, always ready to serve and definitely the most polite and courteous bunch I have ever come across. Housekeeping did a great job everyday and the bed was simply too comfortable, it was so hard for me to get out of bed every morning. Free shuttle provided to and from Midvalley Megamall makes it so convenient too. Both breakfast and lunch buffet had great variety and quality. Service never dropped despite the crowd. Requests made late at night were attended to promptly. I could just go on and on. At the end, I really felt sad when I had to check out. Looking forward to another stay soon.

Love this hotel. Ideal location near Bangsar. The rooms are really nice. I love their bathtub. The breakfast spread is also good, but not the best.

Nice hotel near midvalley. Modern decor in the rooms. Nice pool and gym too, good for gataways

Hotel is surrounded by high speed roads...not exactly quite hotel. If you can use rooms above Flore 25th, the noise from road traffic is acceptable. Rooms are very comfortable and big. Lounge available for superior rooms. 3 restaurant in hotel and room service if you are starving. Overall, it is a good hotel.

I had a two-day event in Pullman and it was amazing. The food and the venue was great. We only had issues with the audio system on the first day of the event. Besides that it was a great place to have an event.

It is great experience to have a dinner here and there is a very friendly and talk active waiter named Faizal

One of our favourite hotels in kl and we hv been staying here for few years. Pleasant and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and very spacious. One of the biggest rooms we hv stayed in. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Value for money.

5 star breakfast. Easy chek in check out. Friendly staff. Walking distant to KL Gateway Mall and free shuttle to mid valley mega mall. Thank you Pulllman.....

Overall the stays with Pullman Bangsar were satisfied. The room is clean and big. The only unsatisfied area was that the crowds in the hotel were huge and I can't really enjoyed my breakfast in the morning as the crowds were loud and I can't even have a table. However they have fixed this problem the next day which is quite efficient.

We are having a nice and wide selection buffet hi tea with family. Thanks chef Malik for the pasta and cammie on the explanations about the buffet give us such a good experience. Keep it up and sure will return.

The hotel experience was great. Just need to improve on the room service timing and efficiency. The plates that we delivered by room service was really smelly. Overall stay was satisfying. Hotel staff are really polite and courteous.

Did online check-in and glad I did it. On arrival, my folder was already prepared and I was able to access to room after a quick verification process. The room was prepared, the air--con turned on and I couldn't be happier. And then a knock on the door from staff to deliver a gift of macaroons.

Hotel location is generally difficult to find, front desk attendant attitude is indifferent, room facilities are not international five-star standard. I really don't want to live again.

Aside from the neat atmosphere and convenient location (very close to LRT universiti, KL Gateway & University of Malaya), this place also provide quality international buffet for breakfast and top-notch service. When we arrived at the hotel, our room hadn't been cleaned. We were fine with being brought to a new room right away. But we were really surprised and impressed when we went back to the room that night and found out that a grand chocolate cake had been sent to our room as a token of apology. So nice!

Clean and new hotel but bad location. It's near to Midvalley mall but not within walking distance.

Objectively, the room looks clean on the first glance. However, there were water stains in the toilets, and a crooked bulb. The toilet wall has clearly not been cleaned in a long time, and towels look old at best.

Had our wedding dinner here and staff was very friendly and accommodating, went all out to ensure we had a good time and experience. Food was delicious and waiters were extremely polite. They readily admit this is their first experience for our arrangement but very well executed and planned. Chef was hospitalised just days leading up to our event but he remained in contact with us and his team to deliver what was promised. Will definitely recommend this place and come back if the occasion permits. Buffet spread here is good and worth the price

Everything was great, staffs were helpful, great room, comfy bed, superb wifi connection . The location is nearby Midvalley megamall (Grabcar only rm 4 when its not peak hours).

Never again .... no hot water, power outage with no one in house to restore even thought every body around was back in power took the hotel 6 hours at night no explanation no excuses
List of things not functional is far too long

I had my company's annual dinner last night. The food was great, the ballroom was spacious, and the rooms were very nice. Sound system in the grand ballroom was a letdown at the sides of the stage though. There was an echo when we spoke and the people at the sides couldn't hear us.

A little out of the way in Bangsar but overall a nice hotel. Classy n cozy.

A little away from the center but quiet and friendly

The room was nice. it had everything i need , iron and ironing board, hair dryer, scale, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, bath Rob, bathtub, mini bar, etc.
the bed was extremely comfortable and i had very good sleep at night. i wish i could take it home lol.
the room was big enough and i liked the washroom style.
check in was so slow took me half hour but check out was extremely fast.
i like it that they didn't get any extra deposits more than what was mentioned in vooking.
i had a dinner at hotel and the pizza was one of the best pizza in my life.
i loved the decorations, cloros, designs as well.

the only thing which i didn't like is the room window couldn't open for fresh air and no nice view. the room was not clean enough and it was dusty in each corner.

Upscale amenities and close proximity to the Pavillion complex

I went there for a departmental workshop. Overall, it was a good experience, the food was delicious, the coffee machine was good and the servers were attentive. However, when I went to the Surau, which was located on the hotel's Basement, I was dissappointed. There was no aircond/the aircond was faulty, there was a bad smell due to bad air circulation. I feel bad for the Muslim employees that have to endure this. Perhaps the hotel management thought that guests will not go to the Surau and overlooked this area. Other than that, everything were great.

The reason I stayed there because I had a training at Mid Valley. My training started at 8.30am but after asking reception the only alternative I can reach there was DRIVING. No direct link with LRT and the shuttle starts around 9.30am. Driving is not a good option as I had to join the bad traffic even it's just a few kilometres away.
