Admittedly, this is a special story
The ambiance is something special.
The food was great. Otherwise unusual, you can really see the effort to be different and original.
The only small complaint in my opinion is that the waiters are even too often at the table and thus interrupt communication.
Although they were kind and professional and likeable.
The price considering it was expensive was even ok
Watch out for the wine and the best is great. And the price will not go to heaven.
And what to say everyone should visit.

Incredible place & fantastic service. Had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Wish I lived in Croatia so I could dine here often. Worth every penny. If you are looking for a cheap meal then this is not the place for you. If you want a great dining experience then you need to visit this place.

What kind of restaurant this is is not worth talking about DISASTER.
Any amateur like my mom cooks better than you poor chef (if that miracle that made us lunch can be called a chef) the only thing I liked was the bread.
If there was a lower grade than one 1 I would give it to you with pleasure.

We drove in 2018, on a weekend, to Pag. Of course, to buy wine at Boskinac. Everything went very well. We were only interested, tried and bought for the red Boskincic and the Boskinac. Keeping a long story short. The restaurant also looked very inviting. Next time, when we are on Pag, we will go dining there.

Pleasant surroundings, kind staff but for such high prices I have a comment with coffee with milk you always get water except in this hotel

My partner and I had a three course meal and bottle of wine here in May. The food was absolutely divine. It stretched the wallet a bit but it was a real treat. And you can totally understand the prices when you see the artful presentation and absolute execution of the finest ingredients on your plate. The chef has a remarkable talent and I applaud him for the love he puts into each course. The entree with sea urchin and tuna was very impressive. We have been travelling Europe for a year and this is still one of our most memorable meals to date. I would definitely recommend going here.

This review is for the restaurant not the hotel - I'm so happy I got to enjoy a meal here, it was amazing, and will be remembered for years to come. The service is great, our waiter was lovely and helpful. It's not cheap, but the value is high. We did the tasting menu, and it ended up being many more courses because extra dishes kept being brought out. Highly recommended!

Top boutique hotel and restaurant in the northern adriatic. Great food and amazing wine. Must stop if on Pag.

Restaurant for those deep pockets. The food is unusual and to me they have several sequences. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the waiters act as if they were your slaves. Very professional but the bench is too fancy for my taste.

We where waiting for service in the garden of the "Fine dining area", the only place you can actually reach through a backway with a stroller. Nobody even asked us if we need help or service!!! Upon asking for service after 10 min. the barkeeper just pointed at a waitress without saying a word. Many unmotivated emploees running around. Not the kind of service you expect in a 4-star hotel.

Excellent restaurant of starred level. Fine refined with interesting original finds. The menu is short but it is a guarantee of quality as the choice of oils and wines mostly produced on their own

It was just a dream. The food of each course perfectly coordinated and a pleasure. The service fantastic everyone was super friendly and very attentive. The boss greeted us personally, talked a bit and made jokes so that you feel at home. Anyone who is on the island of Pag or nearby should definitely go to the restaurant it is an experience and not for nothing has earned 1 Michelin star for me it was already 2 stars :) p.s. you should definitely drink the wine from boskinac and take a few bottles with you. Boskinac see you next year

Beautiful property in a prime location, simple pork chop grilled with bone, here called T bone steak, with potatoes 4 times, 1 starter, 1 bottle of house wine, 2 water = 256.- . The price-performance ratio is neither suitable for Croatia nor for what is offered. Nepp.

Beautiful setting, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Every detail is attended to. Staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. They take pride in their work, hotel and surroundings. The food is exceptional!! Presentation is artistic, ingredients are fresh and local. They also produce some incredible wines. We chose the weekend getaway package which included breakfast and dinner. We also did a wine tasting and had a tour of the cellar. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Both Michelin star restaurant as well as the konoba are a great dinning experience.

Good but not exceptional food as some say. There are many better places in Croatia which are cheaper at the same time. Good wines, interesting orange wine (Ocu)

The restaurant / hotel Bo kinac is located in a quiet and beautiful environment ... the waiters are so professional, kind really like a harmonious family ... we took 3 courses because we don't eat much but that was too much for us ... the food is delicious and the presentation of the waiter who tells the right story while serving you food is truly magical ..the restaurant deserves a Michelin star ... it's not for everyone's taste and pocket so get informed before you come ... every compliment and I can't wait to come again

A beautiful property in the middle of the vineyards.
The food was okay, but we think the prices are extremely excessive. The waiter who served us was extremely unfriendly, rude and almost rude - also to other guests. The ambience is really nice but the behavior of the service will always remain in negative memories. A complaint by email to the hotel remained without reaction - really a shame.

Great restaurant and konoba hidden in vineyards of Pag. Had a great dinner at konoba. Staff is really nice, professional, polite. Food is to die for... Orderd tuna steak midium rare w/ veggies and risotto with octapus and squid.... OMG it was just the best! For desert a lovely cream brule with local pag cheese. All together was rounded w/ a bottle of Calma white wine... Fresh and very drinkable its a lovely place that i highly recommend.

Amazing service and ambience. They serve their own produced wine which tastes very good and goes really well with food. Everyone was very happy with their dishes and this was by far the best restaurant we went in the area.

I really do not know what would be so great about this place except the prices.
The quality and freshness of the product is certainly not Pag-usual. Boss has no manners and the staff are over friendly. There are better and especially price / s s referenced pubs on Pag! Just expensive! Price / performance / quality = insufficient

This place is an amazing location to enjoy a meal or some drinks. They also have a hotel but we are not familiar with it. The meal was amazing and the ambiance is incredible. You can t go wrong here. Our waiter Danjiel was great and gave great pointers and insights to the food. We also really enjoyed Nina who worked in the wine cellar and gave us great suggestions for wine and also sold us some of their wonderful product. The staff are friendly and amazing. Stop in for a meal you will not regret it. It is off the beaten path but when you arrive you will not regret the drive.

Really great fine dining experience at the restaurant (not reviewing the tavern/konoba). The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The chef created a variety of Croatian/Dalmatian specialties in a new and exiting way. An experience one should make if possible. I highly recommend to take a menu of 4 choices, which will be enough for most people. You should calculate with approx 100 p.P. incl drinks and wine. Which is a reasonable price for the quality you get!
Also a great local winery with additional specialities like olive oil and spirits.

By chance we became aware of this beautifully located restaurant with a wonderfully landscaped garden. We reserved a table outside and were looked after by the waitress Ines extremely attentively throughout the evening, always accompanied by a charming smile. We could see that all the service staff took exemplary care of the guests. The food and wine were simply delicious & Ines explained to us what ingredients each course was made of! A huge compliment to the kitchen crew!
As for the hospitality, we were disappointed with the patron, who was supposed to be a role model. He didn't think it necessary to say goodbye to us, although he was standing right next to us when we left the restaurant! If he had only half as much charm as the service staff, it would have been 5 stars!
Ines said goodbye to us with a warm smile and wished us a safe journey home!

Excellent tasting, service przemila, wine prices for the local is a bit too high. In every wine variety you can feel passion and experience. I sincerely recommend it as a local wine and the oil also have quite good with a little freshness of the fruit itself.

In this year it was the second time when we visited the Hotel Boskinac fine dining restaurant. As the year before, they certainly did not dissapoint us.
We just loved their huge terrace which made us feel like dining somewhere in the middle of vineyards and olive trees.
They have a rich selection of their own wines and home made spirits.

We chose their 5 course degustation menu and we were absolutely delighted! Food was served in an interactive way, using their key winning ingridients such as olive oil, wine, sea food, lamb and local herbs.
What we loved the most was without a doubt the
"reconstruction of apple strudel" which was just a fantastic dessert!
The staff was very professional, however what we noticed is when the restaurant was completely full, the service took them longer, which is all in all normal.

The price range of fine dining degustation menu is a bit high, however if we take into account the taste and presentation of the food, the service and the ambient we believe it is well worth it! We'd highly recommend this restaurant to other foodies visiting Pag and what is also a big + is a large parking space.

You know it s good, you expect it to be really good and it surprises you anyway because it s even better!

Extremely expensive, but I haven't seen much nicer restaurants than this. Outstanding food and service. About 500-600 kn per person but if you can spare it, it is worth it.

Visited the restaurant with friends. The view and atmosphere is great. The menu is creative with emphsis on local dishes with a twist. Very tasty.

Nice setting, innovative cuisine, chef Matija Brege is already a star. The only remark is fermented cottage cheese within tortellini are just too sour.

We were lucky to be the only residents of this hotel, vineyard and beekeeper.

The hotel offers a restaurant which offers a wide choice of excellent seafood such as a pentagrame in which you can taste a preparation with squid ink, a pure delight.

In addition, it is located in the middle of its wine estate and offers wine tasting workshops.

Mountain bike rental is also very nice.

Charming little boutique hotel surrounded by olive groves and vines. Nice place to stay. We went there for a drink and enjoyed the time. The service was very courteous.

It may be a little bit expensive, but during our stay in Croatia we've found some of the best wines in this place. Worth a visit!

An excellent hotel, wonderful food and wine with brilliant staff. It made the wedding we attended absolutely incredible.

The hotel is set in a beautiful part of Pag overlooking the valley and in the rain the wine cellar with a tasting with Goldie is a lot of fun!
