This restaurant has the worst trained and rude staffers. They neither have the respect nor inclination to serve. If you ask for jain food or anything outside their extremely limited menu (totaling to 5 vegetarian items) they are unable to serve the same despite making you wait for 40 mins

It is good but too much costly and what you spend is not worthy. Room services are good.

Messmerising palace but very very rude staff which probably hate indians in india.
If they don't care for us ,they should accept bookings only for foreigners as we deprived indians can only pay for their overhead expenditures during off season when no foreigners fall prey.
Rooms not upto the mark at all.

What a place to begin. If you are going for a three day tour, try to spend atleast one day here. Every thing about this place is so royal.

Charged me in Euros not rupees with out telling me had to pay 2 exchange rates. Very shifty practice.

Perfect location in Udaipur, however the hotel is very dated and not well maintained which is a shame. Not great value for money.

Stayed in Royal Suite for 3 nights...experienced exceptional service including off hours midnight medical emergency help. Though Panttya restaurant food could be better in taste and quantity. Had a stomach upset issue for me and my daughter from breakfast buffet...though other family members were fine.

It's probably one of the best place to live in Udaipur
