My sales consultant Aminata Doumbia and my finance guy Marquis Taylor were absolutely excellent, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and caring from the beginning all the way to the very end. I would recommend them both to everyone who wants to buy a new or used car. This was by far one of the best experiences in my whole life at a dealership through and through, including the fact that this was my very first new car I've ever purchased in my entire life, Praise God!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was out of my price range but Kristian Gjessing the used car director cut me an unbelievable deal. Robert Turner my finance manager cut the best deal i could get. These 3 gentlemen have nothing but the best in mind for you. You should definitely go see them when you shop there. From now on for all my car needs i will go to GPH. The experience starts with first impression with Steve which leaves me my wife with welcoming and home feeling. The specious waiting area which has access to the new vehicle show room makes our experience even wonderful. The complementary Starbucks Coffee is even worth mentioning. The electronic gudgets charging and working table got my attention too.
We are able to know that the pro Mechanic handling our car Mr. Zee who I would say one of the best in the house, suggested some of the things we should look forward to fix in the future and some which needs our immediate action gave us a peace of mind.
All in all I have been to different Honda dealers service departments Gwinnett Place Honda is one the places you spend your time educating and enjoying your self while the pros fixing you car. I highly recommend this place!!

I bought my Honda Accord at the Gwinnett Place Honda in 2015 and have had it serviced by these great folks every time since then. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a new or pre-owned car, or just looking for a place to have their vehicle serviced or repaired. They are always friendly, professional, and accommodating, and treated me with respect and courtesy not just to get my business or to keep my business, but because that is simply how they always do business. I travel over 150 miles to get this kind of service and have never regretted it. Thanks to Ronnie, Brandon , Stephen and all of the members of the service team at GPH for great customer service and professionalism in all that they do.

Our service tech was Michael and he went out of his way to help us with an issue we had on the sales side. Basically the Sales side had promised a number of free oil changes when we purchased a new Van in Dec 2018. Gave the first one however when we went back for second one they denied the fact they even offered that deal to us. They had not updated their system at the time of purchase. The salesperson remembered us and clearly the conversation however Store manager did not buy into it. Paid 35k cash for the van- referred so many people however will never go there again nor will i refer. Fake promises to make you buy. Service tech was extremely patient, walked us over to sales and still understood the situation and took care of the oil change and a recall. I have no complaints for service all went great. Thank you Michael.

This was my first visit to Gwinnett Place Honda for service. I was not sure that it was worth driving 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, but I am glad that I did. Brandon was courteous, professional, and kept me very well informed. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming. The work was completed in the time promised. I feel confident that my Honda CR-V is in great shape and ready for cold weather. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be back.

I enjoyed the experience when i bought my car from Gwinnett Place of Honda , Daron is a nice guy , hard worker , Chris is Awsome , so smart and knowledgeable, they let me take my car when i did the test drive not like other places where they used to rush me . This place has friendly employees that you can feel when you entered . They gave me very good discount and they drove the car to my place to finish the paperworks there which i love . Doran and other employee his name Mohsen were so polite and professional when they drove the car. Marquis , the financial person speaks fast but answer all my questions in details and he gave me good warranty discount . Finally i forget the lady name ( sorry ) that she was so sweet and helped me to upgrade a couple of option in Honda Pilot and she did wonderful work .

My experience with Gwinnett Place Honda was nothing short of first class. I contacted Johnny Dixon wanting to purchase a new car. I informed him of my budget and those features which were important to me such as safety and reliability. I also wanted some style. He knew this was my first car purchase so I needed coaching. Johnny was honest and professional. He broke down everything about the cars we looked at and how the financing would work out. I left the dealership with lots to think about. I informed him that I didn't think a Honda was for me and wanted to explore Chevrolet options. He was willing to work with me on that through their sister dealership. Keeping the same budget and specification preferences, Johnny was able to locate for me the PERFECT 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, a vehicle that this dealership just purchased. This car was fully loaded with everything I wanted. While the car was going through safety inspections, he started working on the deal. The pricing and financing was done QUICKLY. There was no back and forth haggling on price. He knew what I was looking for and got it done for me. All I had to do was walk back in the dealership with my proof of insurance and down payment.

Everyone in the dealership is professional. From the clean looking Rick Hendrick sweaters to the tidy office. I was treated like family and everyone congratulated me on my purchase. Johnny and the rest of the salesmen get the job done right and quickly. I am very please with my experience and will purchase from them in the future.

My husband and I are big fans of Honda brands and we are in the market for a family car. We walked into Gwinnett Place Honda and was warmly greeted by Stanley Chen in sales. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with us since we had our 18 month old with. Although we left without a new car, only because we had not made up our minds, I would recommend Gwinnett Place Honda and ask for Stanley Chen.

Came in for routine service on 6/5/2020 and Brandon was my service advisor. I only expected to have my oil changed, and I was in and out pretty quickly, but I also had my tires balanced and rotated. Brandon let me know what was recommended for my vehicle, and suggested it without any pressure. Thank you.

They had a table where you could plug up tablets and they had a it was big and nice. They had men and woman. Bathroom.

I've purchased three vehicles from Gwinnett Place Honda and I wouldn't even consider changing dealers. Anwar was responsive, caring, and his speed to execution goes unmatched. He took the time to cater the experience to fit my needs, from text check ins to helping me set up my accessories and phone on the way out the door. He stuck with me through the process and did an amazing job gauging the best options available for me. I'm literally still sitting in my new car, on my driveway, in awe at excellent service! And the vehicle itself ;). I'd also recommend going to ChiChi in accessories. She has a knack for recommending accessories based on your overall need and style. She's extremely efficient with her recommendations and doesn't lead you astray with pushiness like some people are used to. Overall an amazing experience and I will DEFINITELY be back to GPH soon to purchase a vehicle for my brother.

UPDATE: I went back to the dealership and met with ChiChi again to have a few more accessories ordered and added. The parts came in exceptionally fast, and the installation appointment was even faster thanks to Sotha! He checked me in quickly and got straight to the point letting me know that there were a few appointments ahead of me but still gave me an accurate time estimate of the work to be done. Once again, utterly in shock of how quickly and precisely GPH continues to execute! If I could give 10 Stars I would!!

I have never had an issue when coming to get my car serviced. The advisors are nice and knowledgeable. The waiting area is always clean. Even though I live in Hiram, I'm willing to drive all the way to Duluth to have my car serviced. I just don't believe I will get the same level of customer service anywhere. Brandon was my service advisor. Nice guy and loved the fact that he didn't try to push me into getting a lot of work done. He recommended what I really needed to get that day and allowed me to decide. I've been to other places where I feel like they over sell and force you have extra stuff done. I also liked the fact that when I asked him a question about one the recommended service he explained the reasoning behind needing it. Thank you Brandon for explaining and not making me feel guilty for waiting to have a service done. I will be requesting Brandon for all my visits and Gwinnett Place Honda has a customer for life.

I have never purchased a vehicle at your store or have had any services, however, I applied for a job in the accounting department as I gave 30 years experience in the automotive accounting area and though they didn't have any openings at the time I had a great experience with everyone I dealt with, from the greeter to the accounting ladies. I work at an auto dealership but I would recommend Gwinnette Place Honda to my friends and family because I've been told from several friends that they've had good experience. So I am giving you a five star rating.

As always, Gwinnett Place Honda is wonderful. I am disabled and when I get a new car, I must have my wheelchair lift moved from one car to the other. In this case, I needed a new lift. This dealership is so accommodating. They help with whatever is needed. They brought the new car to the conversion place so that a new lift could be installed. They let me keep the old van until I could make the exchange and not be left without accessible transportation. They picked up the old van from the conversion pl;ace.

Additionally, I have never had a van in a color I chose. I always picked one off the lot. This time, I wanted the Obsidian Blue. They went out of their way to have it transported from Alabama for me.

One of the internet managers quoted a price on a vehicle via email. Upon arrival the best deal they were willing to provide was close to $2,000 over the quoted price. This is of course after well over an hour of my time spent. My family has purchased three vehicles from this deal and will no longer do business with GPH or recommend a friend. Your typical car sales liars.

Gwinnett Place Honda's parts and service department is clearly out to make money and not help the customer. I took a work vehicle in to get checked and was told that it needed a new transmission. Glad I decided to get a 2nd opinion from another mechanic and it was a simple $140 fix, instead of the $3000-$4000 fix I was quoted. Do not take your car here! Also tried to get replacement hub cabs, only to find out they are $125 each. Come on, seriously!!!

Within 6 business days a seamless process took a distraught spouse rear-ended onto Highway 316 (Westbound) to a completely satisfied customer. Thank you for putting our vehicle back together with the reassurance of total coverage should any parts malfunctions. I have always been a Mustang owner, but I decided to go into Gwinnett Honda a few weeks ago when my transmission gave out, and it was the best experience I have had with customer service - hands down. Joseph Shin listened to all of my claims and doubts, and then he made me a believer in Honda and the product they provide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every make and model on the lot, and he was extremely professional. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" on something, you know. He really listened to what I wanted, had an answer, and made a plan for my best fit. If you need a Honda, you need to see Joseph Shin.

Thanks to Joy Abraham for expertise in selling autos. I must say she know her position very well. When I arrived at Gwinnett Place Honda Joy was prepared for our appointment. She thoroughly explained all the details of the Buy Back Program, and Albert the finance officer made sure to offer Rahu, and your Gap Insurance. These two people are great with customers, and should be rewarded for their diligent efforts in satisfying customers. I will make sure to refer family and friends to those two individuals.

Of course nobody wants to come in and service their car. However, if you have to do it, Gwinnett Place Honda is the place to go. They make it as quick and painless as possible. Their staff is always friendly, professional and go out of their way to help. The waiting area is clean and has all the amenities, which I always take advantage of; especially the little desk bar area with plugs to get work done while I wait.

I have a Honda Accord EX on lease from Gwinnett Place Honda which I got in mid 2016. I have gone to their dealership several times for service and I always have had a very very good experience from service department. However I hate their salespersons who try to approach new customers as if customers are fools. When I got this car, they told me that they can lease me this car at 550$/month and then they went into convoluted maths that how come it costs 550$/month when I was trying to tell them that I can get an Audi or Mercedes worth much more at cheaper rate. Eventually they did agree at 280/moth. I had similar experience today with another salesperson and manager who was trying sell me a Honda Accord Touring with lease rate of 690$/month for 3 years and wasted my 30 minutes with his convoluted mathematics in an attempt to convince me that I should somehow pay this much for the sake of his calculation methods and all the time I was trying to make him understand that when a Mercedes E class or Audi A6 is available at much cheaper rate then why should I get an Accord Touring. I would really appreciate if this dealership does not take their customers for granted and as if they are idiots and start with a really high bargain price. They should instead try to be reasonable up front with the money they ask for and bargain from that point on wards. I am not returning to this dealership to get a new car from now on. I would rather get an Audi or Mercedes as soon as I return Accord I have.
