Michael Torres a good service advisor and I have not had to return my vehicle for any mechanical service reasons after being serviced by the dealership. Last week, I left my car for an overnight drop off on 6 pm that evening. Mike was not there but another service advisor, Mahy, is her name but the spelling may be a little incorrect. Anyway, she took my vehicle info for Mike. She notified the tech, she notified Mike, who was off that day, and my car was ready by 8 am that next day. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? The team works there. Thanks guys!!

Just wanted to take the opportunity to personally acknowledge a member of your staff. Jae Kim. Mr Kim professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction is a direct reflection of Hendrick auto. My car was recently in the shop 15-17 March for a starter replacement. During that process my ignition lock switch somehow broke. But in true customer appreciation Mr Kim was able to ease the situation and got everything resolved where both parties walked away feeling appreciated and comfortable. Words cannot explain how satisfy and pleased i'm with Mr Kim overall performance in handling the entire situation.

I have visited this location twice and am very pleased. They are always quick to get you processed and luckily I live nearby so they have a driver take me home and pick me up when my car is ready. The customer service is great even when they denied me a car loan, they called me so many times to apologize and see if they could help me. I didn't get approved for a car loan here but I still purchased a Honda and just bring mine here for service.

I use Gwinnett Place Honda for wholesale parts being that I am the parts person for a Collision Center in Athens, GA. I try to deal with David Coleman as much as I can mainly because of the business relationship we have developed over the years. They have to have most parts inventory of almost any dealership I have ever done business with. Fast courteous delivery service. I ve been asked by many other Honda dealers to start doing business with they and I have to tell them no. They are ahead of the game when it comes to wholesale business!

I was at Gwinnett Place Honda last weekend looking at a car and I was there over an hour and a half. The salesman was there right away but we were by ourselves most of the time. He only did three things for us and each time he went to the back of the store and left us waiting. The first time was for printing out some specs of the cars we were interested in. The second time was to look for one of the cars we were interested in just to show us, we didn't even drive it. The last time was to go in the back to get his card. When he finally got back from there he brought his manager with him. He was either new and didn't know what he was doing or it was a game they were playing to keep us there in order to pressure us into buying a car. I like Hondas but I'll never buy one from Gwinnett place Honda.

After our accident, we requested service at Gwinnett Place Honda for repairs since we purchased the Honda from them. I could not be more pleased with the result of the repairs. The damage was complicated and the attention to detail of craftsmanship, paint color and personal detail was superb. Communication during repairs was nice and not imposing. The representative , Clint , was a pleasure to do business with both professionally and personally. If you ever require repairs, I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda!

We bought Honda Odyssey EXL-Nav and Entertainment ...

We bought Honda Odyssey EXL-Nav and Entertainment 2019 last week and feel like being trapped. We had good offers from other dealerships like Carland And Lou Shobh Honda but we chose to go with them coz the manager Joseph gave us a price quote which was $150 less than others. It sounds good but it s not. The safety pkg other dealerships offered included all weather mats and they were giving 15% off of all accessories as Costco discount but they charged extra for them. They are available online for $139 but they charged us around $200(We Paid $200 For Used Mats From The Floor Models Coz The Store Got Closed).Also, when we spoke to Joseph about it he was so rude to tell us that it s not included in your pkg, we felt insulted and did not argue further. Joseph was very competitive in matching the price that other dealerships were offering until we reached there. He even gave us quote in the email which he said he was not supposed to do without checking the quotes from other dealerships. While sitting there only other dealerships were giving us good deals but it was already 6 pm and our 3 year old was too tired to go anywhere. The sales rep told us that it keeps going on. They will try to match our quote and then we will try to do the same. I don t understand that if you guys are this competitive then why can t you adjust the price for mats. Why do you have to be this rude while talking to the customer who pays $45000? You do not care about the customer s situation but just concerned about selling your accessories and warranty at high prices. Also, while we were negotiating on price, someone hit our car in the parking which we were gonna trade in. That was also surprising to us.

Let me tell you all about this dealership & its impeccable customer service....
First off I did get there after the cut off time for a service I desperately needed, due to crazy traffic. Instead of turning me away, with the " We're Closed, Come Back Tomorrow Face" ...the service manager himself asked me kindly what it was that I needed as to ensure it wouldn't keep his workers at work too late. All in all I was literally in & out within 15 minutes with smiles as it wasn't a hassle to help me, a valued customer at GPH.

I highly recommend GP Honda's service department. I have been taking my Odyssey 2007 Minivan there for over 8 years. They have done lots of small and larger jobs for me... and I have always been impressed with their staff's professionalism, and their integrity in offering me good deals and honesty when reporting issues. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Ronnie has been the best and most trusting service advisor that I've ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes great care of us. He acts as a true employee the way a model employee should work. He pays close attention to detail and definitely follows through on his word. I would definitely recommend Ronnie for opportunities to expand and further his employment opportunities here at Honda. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know who has a Honda. I've greatly enjoyed the last 4 years and look forward to many more with a great service advisor.

I haven't even stepped inside this dealer's doors ...

I haven't even stepped inside this dealer's doors and after the treatment I got a few minutes ago by Marco in the Finance Department it's a sure bet I wouldn't. I enquired about a vehicle on line and was contacted by Patrick. I am almost 100% positive when Patrick called he mentioned that they not only had the model I was searching for but several of the same models. Patrick denies his message said that so be it. I asked if they could certify the car as the model is not a car they typically sell. He stated they couldn't but could sell me a warranty. I told him I wasn't interested in their warranty only a manufacturer's warranty. For some unknown reason Patrick then thought that I should speak with Marco in the finance department and immediately transferred me to Marco. He (Marco) answered the phone with somewhat of an attitude and asked what my question was. I told him I really didn't have a question and I didn't need financing as I had my own. He asked again well what is your question? My response was that I really didn't have a question but for some reason Patrick had transferred me to him about warranties. He again asked what my question was. REALLY? I told him to I didn't have a question but you can sure bet I wouldn't step foot in this dealership and hung up. Not sure that the GM of the dealership knows that this is the kind of attitude that his finance guy has but he may need to clue in real quick. Patrick was a nice guy and maybe Marco needs to hang with him a bit.

We stopped in to ask about a piece of bumper that popped out after hitting a deer and Jason Campbell (Estimator) was not only able to put us at easy about the whole situation, he was also able to pop the piece back in with his bare hands!!! My service advisor Ronnie Butler is the best at what he does. I truly trust him I know and feel comfortable when my vehicle is within his care during my services.
I rarely have much to complain about this service dealership. They take good care of their customers and being able to use their complimentary automated car wash after a service maintenance is a big plus.

UPDATE : changed my rating from 1 to 3. The general manager (not Jae Kim) took care of my issue and compensated me. Ironically, I found the original receipt 2 weeks later and I was right all along. I took a picture of my new receipt though... don t wanna go through this again!

My father bought a battery from them for my 2006 CRV. They won t replace it because they don t have proof it was bought from them ! It s a Honda battery! It says Apr 2013 on it! So much for the 100 month warranty! Always a loop hole to screw people over. The battery was supposed to be covered for 8.3 years the manager (Jae Kim) says it could have been a replacement for the original battery which I know it was not. Either way though, it still means a battery that was supposed to last 8.3 years didn t! Just lasted for about 5 years.
Shame on you! The least you could have done was offer to prorate it but instead you showed your crooked greed! I left there crying because as I told them my Dad passed in 2014 and I have no way of finding the receipt. The associate assigned to my car tried to tell me I got a discount on my oil change... I thanked him but that certainly doesn t do anything for my real problem. I ll get a battery but it won t be from you guys, I rather spend my money elsewhere. #disappointed #frauds

I could not be more satisfied with the exceptional customer service revised at today's visit.
Clement I. Was an outstanding help! He made sure I was escorted to see he car I'd want and was very friendly and pofessional. My initial visit was two months ago with Aaron H. He had been following up with me through cell to see when I'd be ready for my journey to a new car. I got to test drive my new ca and fell in love. Mike P. Helped me with finances he made sure I lost no hope and with he help of these three gentleman I am now driving off with my new car! Gwinnett place honda definitely shows exceptional customer service! Leaving a satisfied customer and will recommend family and friends!

Offered me several appointment times same day on a Monday! Tym answered all of my questions. $41 for an oil change on a Honda Civic is a little high but they did everything I needed ASAP and gave me a print out of what I would be needing soon. I had a small screw in my tire they patched it but it didn t need patching so they removed it without charge. They submerged my tire in air to make sure there was no punctures. Will definitely be back! :)

I went to test drive a new Accord. I was immediately greeted by Joseph Shin. He was very friendly. He asked me specific questions about what my needs were, and was very knowledgeable about the features. Overall, I was pleased with the customer service. I stopped by on a whim, and really didn't have enough time to test drive. Joseph was very polite and still took the time to answer all my questions and made himself available for me to come back when I had more time. He followed up with me after I left, and I plan on coming back.

I didn't factor my insurance when I was budgeting. My salesman kept me from making a mistake and I'll be back to see him as soon as my situation is better.

Just purchased my first new Honda....I cannot imagine the experience being anymore less complicated or enjoyable than the sales team and finance department made it! The staff and facility's appearance only went hand in hand with their professionalism, courteousness, and product knowledge. They focused on both what I was looking for in a new vehicle and what I needed to accomplish on the finance end of the deal. I will definitely be back when considering my next purchase.

This Honda Collision Center was amazing! Matt Paolini met with us and properly greeted us. He answered all of my questions and address all of my concerns about the damages to my car. He was honest, straightforward and quick. And I appreciate his honesty throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

After traveling all over north ga to find the Honda that I wanted... I was led to Gwinnett Honda. They did not have the vehicle, but worked with me to get the exact vehicle that suited my needs.
Kha followed up and kept me on top of the process. He went out of his way to show me the vehicle and all the features .

I highly recommend this dealership for a new Honda !

I recently bought Odyssey from this place and the experience was awesome. I went to other places before coming to this dealer, the service, the presentation and customer treatment in those place are no match with this dealer. The sales rep Rob Glenn explained every detail about the van and in a fun way. He was very friendly and helpful. The finance guy Mike was also very polite and provided alot of options and explained them in detail. Overall experience was outstanding. Though I stay far away from this dealer, I will visit them for maintenance.

I did the research, found the car I wanted and went to several places to find service and sales people that treated me well. I ended up here and decided to do business with them. Tyler Spinner is a great and energetic salesmen. Dustin as a Sales Manager - not fast or efficient and did not keep me posted about the car I have been waiting on for 20 days. 20 days. I understand some things are out of their control but I was patient and understanding the entire time. They did not earn my business or even try to. I was going to be an easy sale and guaranteed business for them. They were unwilling loan me a car for the trip I've had planned for over a month and made me wait until the day before I left to SLOWLY tell me that they couldn't provide me a loaner. Again, not earning my business. Needless to say my experience was unfortunate. The customer service side of things is not nailed down here. Thanks for reading and I hope you have better luck if you choose to try your chances here.

I called and made an appointment to test drive a CRV. The person setting my appointment was very helpful and gave me the time I requested. I was met at the dealership by Maury. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful , finding just the car I described. I met with the finance department and all of the details were worked out and I drove my new car home that same day. I could not be happier with my new CRV. Gwinnett Place Honda is the place to go for great service and a good deal.
