I did the research, found the car I wanted and went to several places to find service and sales people that treated me well. I ended up here and decided to do business with them. Tyler Spinner is a great and energetic salesmen. Dustin as a Sales Manager - not fast or efficient and did not keep me posted about the car I have been waiting on for 20 days. 20 days. I understand some things are out of their control but I was patient and understanding the entire time. They did not earn my business or even try to. I was going to be an easy sale and guaranteed business for them. They were unwilling loan me a car for the trip I've had planned for over a month and made me wait until the day before I left to SLOWLY tell me that they couldn't provide me a loaner. Again, not earning my business. Needless to say my experience was unfortunate. The customer service side of things is not nailed down here.
