Fantastic service and were quick. They called everyday until I had my car back. Thanks!

Update:
After recall number 3 which is not the dealerships fault and numerous 4 or 5 attempts to diagnose an engine noise issue I ve been complaining about for the last 6 months they tell me to come back when the noise is worse. I legit have had to tow the car to them 3 times at this point. Well now 6 months in and 2 oil changes later lmbo my car starts to blow white smoke out of the exhaust and stall out on me on the side of the road with my kid in the car. Get the car towed again and here I am. Needing to pay another diagnostic and pay more to fix something that I though ford could fix on their own car. I almost traded it in for a mustang but at this point through this process I lost my faith in ford. Not the service advisors but the service department in general.

Update 2: I finally got my car back after a 4K repair. Could have all been prevented if it was diagnosed when I asked 6months ago when I first heard it. I don t think I will ever buy another ford again after this experience.
