Very clean and tidy casino drinks not over priced and very friendly staff

Casino good .shame about restaurant .one of my party orderd lightlycooked salmon it was dry and over cooked. Glass exploded for no reason!!!. Staff didnt seem to care about anything very poor we will not eat there again

Last few trips to this casino have been poor. Tried many slot games with no success. Not even a half decent play. To cap it all hostess service was slow.

I love the food here. Quite small gambling venue but it does the trick.

Try blackjack on middle table if you like playing the side bets.

Food is always good. Staff are attentive, however people should not be able to reserve machine's for long periods of time.

A waste of everyone's time. Looking for a late drink in Reading and spending some money? Then this is not the place.

Pretty small casino but has enough to offer to keep you entertained with them offering slots, roulette, blackjack and 3card poker.

Was quiet when I went in and they were happy to open up a 3 card table for me even though one wasn't manned.
Friendly croupiers and very helpful staff member at the desk.

Decent sized casino with friendly staff and customers.

Food was fine, service was indifferent. A glass exploded and the waiting staff did not care , the waitress said "oh it's happened before".

Could do with a makeover, place looks a bit tired unfriendly staff and management

I love gambling. The feeling at the end of the night when I've lost all my money, again, is priceless. And this place is a superb gambling den, welcoming, well run, with great staff and logo.

Had enjoyable night, especially being I did well on the Black Jack.
It's a small Casino but nice facilities. Dealers were friendly.
Look forward to going to their larger location.

Good place can get busy. Free Drinks service bis slow but bar is quick. Friendly staff that will help you out is you need it. Best nights to go for me is Sunday. As it not that busy but enough to be a good environment

Good casino. Good location ,on the road parking nearby for free after 8pm.
Great action in the Poker cash table 1,2 from 8pm onwards Friday Saturday
All servers are very helpful dealers also very good

Nice cosy Casino, which has two floors. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice choices for gambling.



Non- alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks) are free when ordered at the bar or while gambling.

Shame there is no free parking like the other one near by, though it is in the heart of the town centre.

Stating the obvious here, but you have to be over 18, though not so obvious if it is your first time there - you will have to join as a member (which is free though may require a few extra minutes, so remember to bring ID).

Dress code: I believe smart casual, though try not to wear shorts or flip flops; they could refuse entry.

Well there isnt alot of casinos around my area other than the little section in the big apple.. this is much more of the true casino experience!!

Automated casino tables are programmed and thus not too convincing. Manual casino tables are good though.

Restaurant that has dropped to the standard of poor quality food not good needs pulling up and menu improving
