Disappointing first customer service is horrible we were a party of six we were seated and 20 min pass by before we had to ask someone to get are waiter to take are drink and food order that's was the first time we actually got to meet him second the food is mediocre not worth the price from a restaurant by Guy Fiery I would have expected a lot more I am really disappointed I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone or even go back again

Great dining option! Not a cheap option though. I really enjoyed the shrimp street tacos. The taco salad was huge.

Waste of of 150.00, service was great. Food and creations were the problem. Beans and rice were so bland, then the mix of Mexican with whatever it was suppose to be were so bad we didnt even finish our food. Alchohol drinks were great, but that wasnt why we gave this place a try. Rather eat street tacos off some cook on the side walk.

Great service, and good food. Drinks are pricey but huge. My one negative is that tabletops are small and get packed with dishes even when servers are quick to remove them. Large portions and delicious chips serve them well.

Dinner was delicious. Always enjoy our meals here.

Food is ok, clean place, friendly staff. I had the cheese enchilada but forgot to say no onions and waiter said I should have read. I mean if I asked only cheese Enchilada, you would think only cheese.

Our 1st time here. It was a party of five. We got quickly seated and Gracie came immediately to take our drink orders. The food, service, ambiance and size are all great.

We will definitely be back for more as there were so many different things in the many to try.

Nachos nachos nachos! This is a must have on every trip to Harrah's in Laughlin! Delicious and fun atmosphere for the whole family!

So we went because we are die hard Triple D fans and the people we were with went a year prior and loved it. We went to celebrate two birthdays, 4 of us dining. I had carnitas tacos, my other half (one of the birthday boys) had the trash can nachos (had been wanting them as soon as he saw them on tv) our friend had a carne asada burrito and her hubby (the other birthday boy) had pazole. My tacos were okay, her burrito as well, my honeys nachos were good but expected to be a little better and the pazole... was not up to expectations for a Guy Fieri dish. We decided to still order the Churro because that's what EVERYONE talked about. Well.. it came out without the cinnamon sugar. Which doesnt make a churro but we kinda just broke it off and dipped it into either the dark chocolate (not great) or the caramel sauce which was good. Our friends, as we left, mentioned that's not how it was the last time they came which is why we went to begin with. The service was awesome. Karina was our server and we tipped her well (being servers ourselves) but gosh.. the food was not great. We could have saved a $5 trip to and from each on the boat ride from our hotel to go to Harrah's for El Burro Borracho's by Guy Fieri's restaurant. And we LOVE him. So maybe save yourself the trip and maybe even money and just get the hotels regular buffet.

Over rated. The voicemail said that they were open seven days a week.We showed up they were close two days in a row. The drinks are full of sugar doesn t appear to be any alcohol in them the food was bland at best. very disappointed.

The food was good, but everything (food and souvenirs being sold) were pricey for their quality. The staff was friendly and the complimentary crisps and salsa tasted nice. I got a house salad with shrimp, and they put 5 shrimp for $6. That s more than a dollar per shrimp, and they weren t sized significantly. Wish there was more shrimp. Overall, the restaurant could use some improvement, and I won t be dining there again due to my middle class budget. But the food and service were just fine.

Carne asada was great, fish taco, hmmm, not so much.

The drinks were great, although way overpriced. The bartender was amazing. We ordered the nachos and they were really good, but we came for the tacos which is what we thought they specialized in. Ordered the Carne Asada tacos and actually couldn t eat them. The steak pieces were tiny little chunks and were hard as rocks. Absolutely horrible - I would never go back. And we were so excited to try this place. Such a disappointment.

Be sure to call and see if they are open. The website apparently isn't upto date.

The drinks and food are very delicious. The serving sizes are more than enough for a meal. You get chips and salsa right when you sit down. We got the Trash Can Nachos for 1 l, but 2 of us couldn't finish it. 4 stars...the restaurant is in a casino. The smell of cigarettes comes in waves which is gross. Next time I'll request to sit further into the restaurant to avoid the cigarette smoke smell. There's a bar with a couple smaller tvs. It does get crowded in that area. They celebrate birthdays by singing which is fun.

We had an excellent experience! Our waitress was Katie! Very attentive and was able to answer all our questions! The margaritas was absolutely yummy! The food was excellent! Will be visiting again!

Delicous, ordered roasted corn street tacos. Best street tacos I've had. Staff was friendly. I give 4 stars due to price.

I like this place chips and guacamole are good, the shrimp tacos could have had more than two shrimp in them, but overall very nice place.

Delicious food everytime we go. The wait is a little long but well worth it.

I ordered a cardnesada plate, the meat was nasty, chewy, and cold. Not to mention the rice and beans were ice cold, worst experience at a restaurant that is super overpriced, Will never recommend it!

5 star service from our server but very disappointed by the food for the price and the name behind it. Advertised, "Not your average taco" and "Authentically prepared Mexican dishes" ... unfortunately it was neither. Wondering if Guy knows how flavorless and unimpressive the food was. We had the Al pastor tacos. Dry af in cold tortillas. The Queso Casero enchiladas make frozen TV dinners taste like fine dining. And how do you mess up rice and beans?!?! The worst $60 spent.

Fish a la plancha was very tasty. Also had the enchiladas in mole, excelente!

We came as a party of 35 people and were very excited for the food. Once we got our carne asada is was absolutely disgusting, the quality of meat was terrible and didn t taste like actually meat. Don t recommend.

Let me preface this by saying the service was great and tasted great. However, my wife ordered the shrimp tacos last night and it gave her food poisoning, absolutely ruining our evening. For as overpriced as this place is, you would expect it not to be trying to kill us.

My wife raved about their nachos in a can. After two or three years of hearing about it, we finally got there today. It was awesome! She had a mango margarita and I had a big draft of Corona but not the virus. Lol. Too soon? I should have written down the server's name cause cannot remember it now but he was on top of everything and explained parts of the menu.

My husband and I went to your restaurant this Sunday and although we were there during the football games and appetizers we had the most wonderful nachos we have ever had! We couldn't order the trash can nachos but we could not stop saying how wonderful our food was. Can't wait for our next trip. Thank you

Service was great but fajitas were not very flavorful. Salsa was good but meat (carne and shrimp) was blah in flavor..... definitely missing seasoning.

So, my house salad contained 5 cores of romaine. Don't most people throw those away when they prep a salad at home? I asked for extra cucumbers, because I had 4 slices thin as wall paper and extra dressing. You would have thought they were coming out of my servers paycheck! Ordered carne asada fajitas and I will say, authentic in taste! So delicious. Server delivered entree while my dining partner was using the restroom. Wanted to know if everything was ok and I asked her to stop back and ask when everyone was at the table. She did. But I must say, her attitude etc makes me just want to slap her. May have mentioned out loud that a review was happening so yes, a bit more attentive yet still not a pleasant server. Front of house mgr is very present but does nothing. Interesting. Food is tasty but if Guy knew the level of service and lack of positive reinforcement happening in his restaurant I think some people would be fired. Thank you Damien for your smiling service and hospitality. Everyone else should be replaced. Food rate, 6 out of 10. Hospitality, 2 out of 10. Damien, 7 out of 10.

It is always a risk going to an establishment that is associated with a celebrity but I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. The carne asada was tasteless and had large amount of fat and gristle in it. Highly over priced for what we got. The servers where good however.

For starters, I don't really leave reviews. However, the ginger adult beverage was off the chain.. in addition to the garbage nachos and the El pastor tacos... Bomb!

Good service, food was just so so. The trashcan Nachos aren't what they used to be. I've had them many times over the years, I think I'm done ordering them now, there has to be something better.

Spending a weekend in Laughlin Nevada. I went to El burro borracho two times this weekend. Both times the food was very good. My server Amanda was a great attribute to the experience. Warm-hearted kind and very knowledgeable of the menu. The items that the table had were all very good. The spicy level was quite mild overall. Chips and salsa we're really good. Fish taco, shrimp taco, carne asada taco, carne asada burrito, carnitas, mole chicken were all really good. They have a black bean and cheese dip for chicharrones that was really good. I ordered that both days. The only reason why I do not give this place 5 stars is because of their limited salsa options for spiciness. They did have a habanero salsa that was extremely hot. But there are other flavor combinations I thought would have been a really good addition to my meals but they did not have them. If you are ever in Laughlin Nevada stop by Harrah's hotel and casino and give this restaurant a chance. I am usually disappointed with celebrity restaurants but this one measured up really well.

Not impressed! Got the trash can nachos mini togo, which is still supposed to be big...was enough for only 1 person for 17$ ill go get 2 full meals somwhere else! Trashcan nachos is supposed to be HUGE this mini was not even a full meal for 1 person! RIPPOFF I WONT BE GOING BACK! meal was 17$ and should have been like 9$

I visited El Burro Borracho 5/11/19 as we were staying at Harrah's, the food is horrible and overpriced. It was just my husband and I, he had a margarita with the special of the day which consisted of two taquitos a chile relleno with rice & beans & included a churro as dessert. I had a sangria, and my dish was a shrimp plate, and we had the guacamole and it was $98 total. I felt robbed as my food was awful and expensive. In my own personal experience it was the worst dining I've experienced.

Skip it if you like Mexican food, think Taco Bell flavors with a full bar.

Being from CA, with the best Mexican food outside of Mexico, we are extremely spoiled but expected more from restaurant underwritten by Guy Fieri. Salsa was ok, chips were decent, carnitas was dry, rice was fairly tasteless. Service was great. On the upside, the cherry Pepsi was amazing!!!

The food is very good the trash can nachos are delicious very good and the Cadillac margarita was delicious the the bohemia was cold overall great meal and decent prices.

Chicken fajitas were tender but needed more flavor. Corn tortillas wrapped in foil but were cold. Fresh chips with mild salsa

I was so excited to eat here, and was so disappointing leaving. The server was horribly slow and the food/drinks were okay; nothing spectacular.

The staff was warm, friendly and fun but the food was just okay.

We went there for my Daughters graduation dinner with a party of 11. They were awesome, they were quick on refills on both sodas and chips. The food was great too, job well done.

Great food and drinks. Had the carne asada street tacos and did not disappoint at all. The server was also verry attentive and got us everything quickly and orderly. The inside is very Chicano pinup a nice mix of classy and edgy will be back to eat again.

Great food and decently priced. I had the pasole and it tied homemade. My friend has the shrimp tacos and she bought they were amazing. So glad I finally made it over here.

IM COMING BACK!!!!! SOOOOO GOOD AND SOOOO FULL!!! Well.... The service was great! Reservations was full and we couldn't make one. We got there at 7pm and only had a 15 minute wait on Saturday night!

Food was superb and dessert was great... Flan is much different than I expected in a good way and the churro was the best ever in the entire universe... I loved the cilantro rice and my enchiladas were great!!!!

Macaila was an excellent waitress! She helped us out and we were able to sample a few options we were curious about! That was phenomenal!!

Oh and the Salsa!!! Salsa is a big deal for me... the chips were a great addition and so good! Regular house salsa has great flavor with light spice... The pineapple salsa was...kinda lame...but!!! If you add it to the way CRAZY HOT Habernero salsa it is BOMB! The heat is serious and burns your lips but you can take it..its not too hot to handle! Chipotle salsa was a little sweet but great flavor!!

Caliente Margarita and Horchata colada were amazing drink options!!

Sever Katie was great, but a big party ruined the evening, by being extremely loud and obnoxious. The manager did nothing while Katie was trying to move other patrons to quiet spot. Also the food and margaritas were great

The free chips and salsa are really tasty, and I had a really good enchilada. Honesty, if this place was cheaper I'd give it five stars. You're paying the casino premium here, so what would cost you 12 bucks elsewhere will cost 20 here.

This is our favorite Mexican food spot in Laughlin, a must go place when we are on vacation. The food is always fabulous. We had a problem with service tonight. The bartender lost his Register card and it became his whole night. We ordered dessert and 30 minutes later he came back to see if we needed anything. Then he remembered our dessert. We said just forget it and bring us our tab as we were already upset. When he finally brought our tab he just said oh I took off the dessert for you, like he was doing us a favored. No the favor would have been offering us a free dessert. The woman at the register was like oh sorry you had problems, really?. We will skip this place next time in town since there are many other places we have not go e to since I really like the food here.

Best place in town.Great service and delicious food. I had my wedding(2015) reception dinner outside in the patio and it what's the best experience ever.Can't wait to revisit.

First, let me say, the menu is expensive. But take into consideration it's a famous chef's restaurant and it's a hot tourist area, it's pretty average. So that's all I'll comment on pricing.
The drinks are delicious. We've tried several and share at the table and they're always good. Not too strong but they do the job. Very yummy.
I'm giving 3* because the food is not good and can hardly be called Mexican. Burrito was mediocre at best, shrimp cocktail was 90% cabbage and just bland, fish tacos tasted like frozen tilapia, fajitas shrimp was actually good, loved the grilled tomato, the "carne asada" was really just steak and it was good but just not what I had expected when I ordered. The beans are bland and the rice isn't anything special. I'm just so unimpressed by it all. (We only keep going because our hostess loves it so e go where she wants)

Totally disappointed and wondering if Guy is just lending his name out. This was our first time so we tried the tortilla soup, the chicken quesadilla, fajitas, and the enchiladas. The food isn't bad is just below average because it lacks flavor which is odd because it's Mexican food. The only decent thing was the chips and salsa. We even ordered the pineapple salsa and found that before par. You have to understand that there aren't many options in Laughlin, don't waste your time or money on this one.

Amazing food great service Josh was our server!! All friendly faces in the whole restaurant!! Now here's the thing I am highly allergic to all Seafood the chef Josh personally came out took my order,, made my food fresh!! And guaranteed me that there was no cross-contamination!! I f****** love this place and looking forward to going back!

Very disappointing the tortilla soup was cold, no flavor no cilantro very disappointing the tacos are very small and the meat was chewy, two chunks of mango and drizzle of avocado nothing else and not exciting, Al pastor that's what we ordered.
Prices are way high for what was served I will never be back
