The bottle nose dolphins show was pretty impressive! The rest of the park was a bit disappointing...I wouldn't say it was worth $30. I am am adult with no kids though. This is definitely more of a kid oriented attraction. Nothing wrong with that, kids definitely get a kick out of the three shows.

Great convenient walk from almost anywhere on Front Beach Road. Lots smaller, than SeaWorld so you can plan about 2.5 hours here at most. The Dolphin show is good for the kiddos, feeding the stingrays is fun for everyone. It is a bit pricey for the small venue and amount of activities. The swimming with the dolphins is the main feature and it's a bit expensive (additional charge).

Make sure you do the VIP Sea Life experience. Trainers in all the encounters worked with the animals and participants very well. The photographers (Bethany and Alexis) were also impressive in documenting such sweet memories. Getting to swim with the animals made our whole day enjoyable so if you don't want to do the VIP experience I definitely recommend signing up to do at least one encounter!

A group of three, we were very disappointed. For $32 a piece, the attraction was lacking. We expected to see a lot of fish, dolphins, sharks, etc but there wasn't much. The dolphins aren't even visible unless there is a show going on. It takes 30 minutes to see the rest of the park, so then you have to wait for an hour to see the dolphins. The restrooms were disgusting and two of the three were out of order during my visit. Food and drinks were expensive, but this is typical for tourist attractions.

This review would be a one star if it weren't for the awesome dolphin/sea lion show that we waited for. If you have any children, they will absolutely love this and it almost makes the $32 worth it.

Total scam, we paid hundreds of dollars do the experiences with our family. We were never told that you had to pay $100dollars extra for your photos. We were not informed of this until the very end. Very dissatisfied

I did a Trainer for a day and I absolutely loved it! From every Department/Area I traveled too, all the trainers were able to answer any questions I had. They were all so friendly and personalable. I also was able to do the Royal Swim and it was a blast! I highly recommend it! I had a great overall experience and I can t wait to go back.

Nice aquatic exhibit. Very knowledgeable and personable staff. Offers several hands-on experiences with different types of animals. The only downfall, which left me fuming, is that after I paid $100 for pictures, I have to download their app to get my pics.

What these trainers do with dolphins is jaw-dropping. Compares to any of the big water/sea life attractions anywhere else in the world. The Royal Swim is an absolutely wonderful experience that I'd recommend anyone to try that likes being in contact with dolphins. Very good for people of all ages and everything is readily handicap accessible.

Great location and super friendly staff, but when I spend $100 for 3 people to get in I expect a little more stuff to do, I thought the swimming with the dolphins came with the all day pass but it doesn t then the food is outrageously priced. Plus if you want to interact with the animals like feed them you have to pay $5+ to do that. I had an okay time it was just hot and I really do feel like it was a waste of money.

If you are nostalgic for the 80s this is the place to be. The decor is outdated, and the place seems dated, though it covers the basics well. It's a pretty small place and would be best for younger kids if you're going with a family.
The stingray feeding was nice, and the dolphin show was above average, my family enjoyed it. The only reason you might spend more than 2 hours there is if you're waiting on an activity to start.

Wow loved this place! It isn't large but I actually liked that. It's a great place to bring the family. They have a great variety of animals and you get to be so close to all of them. Seems like they care alot about the animals. The dolphin and seal show was awesome and entertaining. A must for the family. They have a food and drink place as well.

Interaction with dolphins is a great experience ! Only dealt with one rude & unfriendly Gulf World employee which is not worth complaining about since all others (15+) were friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful.

Visiting from Texas staying in Destin took a day trip to Panama City Beach to go to Gulf World since we went to Gulfarium last year. Really disappointed half of the exhibits are under construction seal and penguin and the aquarium was closed since the exhibits around are being worked on. The staff did not mention this before entering and there was no discount since half of the attractions where closed.

I came here to check off riding a dolphin from my bucket list. It was extremely overpriced. My boyfriend had to pay to get in to watch me which we didnt even explore the place because it was so hot and took forever. We waited 15 minutes in line. 15 minutes sitting and waiting. Then another 15 minutes to upload the pictures. No cameras or phones which forces everyone to pay for pictures which is CRAZY. $55 for a CD of all the images. $35 for one printed out picture. It's a shame because the dolphins were fun. & everything else kind of ruined the experience.

Probably due to Covid but Gulf World so seriously lackluster especially given the high entrance cost. We paid about the same amount as the Georgia Aquarium which was amazing. We only attended the dolphin show which was pretty good but the rest of the place felt like it was on autopilot with no thrills or closed.
