The company has a lot of potential, but they also have a lot of leadership problems, They need to understand there s two sides to every story and not to over react. They will side with their client without regards to their employees. Don t get me wrong they re better then most in Austin but they have a long way to go in the leadership department.

These guys are absolute complete jerks. Disgusting. They are pompous and rude and seem to think they are God's gift to earth. I have personally witnessed sexual harassment from one of the guards. If it was possible I would give no stars. Horrible company!

They dont care about you they only care about their clients worst place to work and if you do keep your mouth closed at all times and stay to yourself

Priebe Security provides patrol services in the parking lot on 7700 Parmer LN. The officer is rude in his approach to myself and colleagues. The Priebe's website claims they pride themselves on customer service. Perhaps their service is excellent to the people who have hired them, however the have missed the mark in customer service to the people they approach on the job. I would recommend that patrol officers introduce themselves or at least greet people in a friendly manner instead of accosting themselves.

I saw them patrol the facility I was in. Made me feel safe!

Why is this company based in Austin placing job ads in Houston. I thought it was for jobs in Houston but Its not but based on so many complaints here, I'm glad. When are security companies going to get it together. So much bad management. And they ask for former law enforcement or military. Our police and military deserve to be treated better.

This company has outgrown itself lacking experienced CEO leadership resulting in a low morale, toxic high turnover culture, and extremely poor customer service. Shame because some years back it used to be one of the best of the premier security services in Austin

My wife works at the plaza of lakeline and 183. Preibe has a security guard with the Last name of Jones who everytime he comes into the store my wife works at he sexually harasses the female receptionist even though repeatedly being asked to stop. So when I confronted this man and asked him to stop harassing my wife, he sucker punched me and came to attack me more. When I put my hands up to defend myself he instantly backed away like violence wasn't an option anymore. This is the kind of people you hire to be security and "protect" the people who work in these places. Disgusting choice of character in your workers, how could you call yourself a respectable company?

Well to start this is worst company I ever been to and the interviewer was awful. I told her I have a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice plus 13 years of Security and did not got hired! What a moron and I don't recommend anyone waisting there trying because the manager is very odd. I wish I could get this place 0 starts if I could and that was like my 3rd time trying to interviewed with them. I hope this company gets shut down and stop giving service!

There are many reasons why you should "NOT" work here Ever !! and even more reasons why you should not become a customer and allow this company to protect your assets.
I have text messages, emails and witnesses to be able to attest to that. Whatever you do do not seek employment here !!!. And definitely definitely never seek to hire them for their services. I have proof from other officers statements and also messages in statements sent to me from the clients themselves as well as emails txts and recorded phone calls. They are a shady business and should not be trusted nor should you ever work for them. Again,
They do not build relationships with customers or employees....... They destroy them

they fire good people with families and good work value and history but allow people to stay on their payroll who have been known to fail drug tests and or fall asleep on job sites or steal from clients and even after catching them they just swept it under the rug and pretend like it never happened. SHADY SHADY SHADY company. the owner all she cares about is getting as many clients on the payroll as you can and she'll stick anybody in there to fill those positions just to be warm body in a uniform.

My time spent working for this company was very much a pleasure and a privilege. I work for allied Barton now but working for a chain doesn't amount to been a local business like this company. I love working for them and have nothing but good things to say about Priebe. And when I make it back there I will reapply cause this company is well worth it. Very family type of vibe rather than what I am working at now which feels like I'm just a number.

They Say they're about customer service but the only thing they care about is whatever the client tells them because all they care about is the money they don't care about their employees and they don't care about anyone else they only care about who's paying them. So if you're trying to look for a good Security company Priebe should be up the last possibility on your list.

My car got broken into ina parking lot they patrol tonight. The security guard didn t even care. Didn t offer to help or call the police or anything. Just said oh I m so sorry and drove off. Great job @$$hats.

I've been working with Priebe Security for almost 2 full years, and I truly feel that they care for their employees as well as their clients! Priebe is definitely a company built on family values!

I was wondering why they haven't called me after they said they have open positions and when I have experience and passed all the assessments and did the application then I looked at the reviews, I should've checked out the reviews before trying to join the company and haveing my time wasted. In the bottom you see someone else with the same issue and over 13 years of experience.

How s thes palce so good at constructing buildings.

I used to look up to Ms Priebe then I was told she up and took accounts from another company to start her own anyway they fired me for being tardy said I was an excellent employee then at my termination meeting and 5 years later say I quit without notice and will not be given another opportunity for employment

Their officers lie. The guy told me he had informed me numerous times that I couldn t have my sign up, even though it was NOT asking for anything from anyone, when he had only told me once, then flat out ignored me for a couple weeks afterward. I get he s trying to do a job, but I was NOT panhandling or asking for money, which he informed me I COULD have a sign that didn t ask for anything the one and only time he talked to me about my being out here, and he s had other opportunity to do so when he helps his other homeless buddies out. Let s face it. There s lots of homeless around here that have signs, yet I m the only one that seems to have been told numerous times not to have a sign up that asks for nothing?

And I just found out, they have NO authority over the area I was in.

Priebe security is a very good company to work for. I am current employee and I work part-time for Priebe. I have been with the company over 2 and 1/2 years. They are very professional and have great Field Supervisors and great staff in the office. Thank you Bill, Debbie, Chris, Sylvia, Ashley, Michelle and everyone else for a great job you do.

Horrible security guard at hill country galleria. He was texting while driving and didn't stop at the stop sign. If I hadn't seen him he could have ran me over.

They hire very violent and verbally abusive guards who bully park-goers here at the Domain. Trucks like this one will drive down walkways and illegally parked in these guards will do nothing, but they have no problem being aggressive to people.
