I have four children that absolutely adore this school. The school ranges from Preschool 3 to high school and is located in the heart of Florence yet surrounded by sprawling hills of olive grooves and even a pond. The amazing setting is home to a real farm where we can buy olive oil or eggs to take home and the children constantly interact with the menagerie (horses, sheeps, turkeys, chickens). An amazing environment where the children spend a great deal of time interacting with nature. Academically I am originally from the States and the children on on par if not a little more ahead of their cousins back home. Thankfully testing is not done at a stressful level and the children are at ease with the hard but well paced program. There is a great english summer camp and several of the staff are originally anglo saxon so English is very present. Boarding is provided if needed. I strongly recommend the school for it s excellent academics and wholesome family environment.

The Sacred Heart is not simply a school ... it is a place where our children are loved, followed, educated and cared for. I speak from experience with two children. The senior one started kindergarten and in June he graduated. The lower one has been kindergarten and is now in fourth grade. There are other schools that are perhaps more beautiful, more modern ... but if what you are looking for is an excellent education in a family environment, make the right choice to choose "our" school.

Wonderful school, the boys followed by teachers and mothers. Serene and collaborative climate. Much attention and sensitivity to human and spiritual growth as well as to school growth. Excellent teaching and many activities, from childhood to high school. Besides being an excellent school, it is a beautiful family !!
