I bought the bathroom wall tiles from a Monterosi (VT) retailer in 2014, it was sold to me as a first choice product. After two years I started to see the first cracks, today the tiles are bursting by themselves.
I tried to contact the dealer but the answer was that I had to redo the bathroom.
I tried to contact the company via email, they asked me for photos of the damaged tiles and I sent them immediately afterwards, then they disappeared despite the numerous emails sent in the following months.
On 05/11/20 I called the company asking for the courtesy to send me some boxes of tiles at my expense (tiles and shipping) but nothing to do, the answer was "I'm sorry, the product is out of production".
Eventually I will be forced to redo the bathroom at my expense after less than six years.
