I have been living here for a month and the apartments are great quality. It is a nice set up.

Called and they picked up, then was hung up on in the middle of my sentence

Everyone here seems extremely friendly. The staff it's very responsive and it always feel safe no matter what hour of the day you are walking around. Very reasonable priced units. Clean and pet friendly property. If I had to live in an apartment, I'd choose this place for sure.

I lived in a 3 bedroom and it had rats. I moved to a 2 bedroom and a rat came through the drain while my wife was showering which caused her to fall. All they did was provide sticky traps. Never caught a rat. They were too big for the traps. They would just run over the traps and drag them. I would not recommend this complex. There was a sex offender living in complex that management didn t know about. I had to show them the dps sex offender site . They did make him move.

We have really enjoyed our time here at Sunrise. For being a little older, we haven t had a lot of maintenance issues. The one issue we did have was taken seriously and resolved rather quickly. The leasing office staff is very helpful and friendly. The grounds are quiet and we have not had any issues since moving in.

It is gated, has a nice playground. The apartments are nice and the area is pretty.

Apts are nice. Had to go to an emergency situation to my daughter's apt so she could take baby to the er and I stayed with other baby. I could not get a visitor parking tag nor did they have parking lot painted with designated visitor parking. My car got towed. Explained that had an emergency. They told me nothing they could do. Cost me $258, not to mention the wrecker company messed car up. And towed to Tidwell and 45.

Its a little apartment complex. Its very clean and nice. Office people are friendly. A must checkout.

Been living here a little over a year, great place to live! Great management that s always very helpful. Maintenance guys are always on top of the things you need! The pools are always clean and your neighbors are awesome! So glad we made Sunrise our first home.

We lived there for a year and a half. The complex is quiet aside from the baseball field right behind the complex. The office staff is friendly. Maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. Great location that is close to everything.

I went to visit the apartments in marcha 2020 and the woman who gave me information is very rude (Hispanic woman with glasses). The apartments are nice, but the attention is very bad.

There is very quick response time when having any kind of maintenance issues very nice friendly caring staff safe environment for children courtesy officer is very friendly and does everything in his power to keep it a very safe place for your children the office always have something going on for the residents as well as having snacks for kids when they get off the bus after school. It's an overall nice place to live with amazing people and staff

Very well maintained apartments. Quiet and very dog friendly even has a section of grass for pets. Very close to food and retail stores.
