Overall experience was good. My wife was very excited and happy. I was not. Issue with dolphins caused everybody to get out of pool. I was wondering what was going on and the individual would not talk to me. I was going to give a one star but my wife convinced me not to so two star it is.
Great place, amazing shows, and friendly staff and caretakers! Definitely will try to come back next year!
Its a fun place to take your kids and they have all kinds of neat stuff they do with different stuff with different animals!!!
The Dolphin Swim Adventure was definitely worth the money!

This place is absolutely amazing. We booked the Dolphin Adventure, and were not let down. Our trainer was Racheal, and she was super nice and funny. Our dolphin Maya was the sweetest thing in the world. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend for everyone to try this place out! Not to mention the animals seemed so content. Their birds weren't caged, and we were able to feed and pet sting rays. A+ experience!

This place was amazing. We did the meet and greet today. I am 58 yrs young and I m telling you that was my favorite experience. The staff is also amazing. Very informative could definitely tell they love their Jobs. I totally recommend going and playing with these beautiful creatures.
Ugh we were just thrilled with our experience!! The animals were amazing & the instructors very informative. We did the dolphin swim, harbor seal encounter & were picked to try the penguins. I know everyone loves dolphins & would say that but the seals were truly my favorite. They are so adorable & take verbal commands much like a pet. Of course I would do it all again but the seals ( Sheldon & Flounder) just stole my heart.
Lackluster at best. Rundown, sad, and everything needs or is in repair. Glad I'm a local that went on a Sunday for half price, if I went for the $30 normal price I would've felt absolutely robbed. The dolphins, sea lion, and seal look well loved (or maybe that's the best life they know). Everything else looked sad.
Loved this place! We did the sokohin meet and greet for our 3 year old and he loved it! Only 4 stars because we felt pictures were pretty overpriced. Otherwise we couldn5 have imagined a better vacation spot! Thanks Gulf world!
It was okay. I took my 71 year old mother, who loved it. I had just been to the Georgia Aquarium a week prior, and it was much bigger and better.
We had a really good time here, getting kisses, splashed - might want to sit four rows up for the dolphin show because dolphins are not only smart and athletic, they are great at drenching the crowd! There are beautiful birds, turtles, and you can pet stringrays in a huge stingray pool. Pro tip is call ahead info and get there when the doors open, will make things much easier.

Small aquarium. At the time we visited they were running 3 shows. All three were interesting and lasted about 30 minutes each separated by an hour. The time between each show is more than enough to visit the displays throughout.
So fun! A little expensive, but worth it. Dolphins are rescue animals!

Good place to visit. Just don't expect it to be as polished as Sea World. It is an older facility, but they are making improvements.

I little sad having those beautiful animals in such a small facility but the trainers were very good and the other staff members went out of their way to make things truly memorable for all.
Very fun to come here with the family. All the animals were awesome to check out along with the three different shows to watch with a very professional staff.
If you do the dolphin experience beware that the high price doesn't include photos. That's not really out of the norm, but the price to get your pictures is absurd! And the bigger the group the higher the price. If you do group photos, ask to break up the photo groups so you don't have to pay for everyone just to get a picture of you and your spouse or kids. We had 7 in our group and for us to get a picture that had my spouse and me in the photo, we would have had to pay for ALL 7 people in our group. That would have been over $250!!!! It's a complete rip off. We ended up buying individual pictures for the two of us and it cost $89 plus taxes and fees. Just keep that in mind as you shell out large sums of money up front for the dolphin swim. You get hit on the back end as well. Oh, and people not participating can be observers and take pictures, but they are positioned so that the money shots can only be taken by their photographer. To be honest, it felt dirty and shady and kind of ruined a cool experience with the caged and captive dolphins. Also, there are some sad animal enclosures making you wonder how some of the animals have a better life here versus out in the vast ocean. I've seen better aquariums at seafood restaurants.

Yes the dolphin show is fun. That's about it. I hope that their living space is better than what I saw for the other animals. I'm shocked that anyone could visit here and not feel bad.

Took my daughter to swim with the dolphins for her 16th birthday. We had an amazing time, and Jenna our instructor during the swim was great. All the staff were very informative about the animals they work with and very friendly to interact with. Will definitely go back to do another interactive dolphin swim.
The place is small, and you have to have certain times for dolphin watching it has a lot of things but is usually too crowded and short.

My family and I bought tickets online and were able to save $5 each. This was a great way to spend an afternoon with some of the animals that we don't typically get to see. Gulf World staff was knowledgeable and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. The main attraction is the dolphin show and it was amazing!! Be sure you get to the main theater ahead of time. You will need to stand in line to get a good seat but it is totally worth it. There are concessions which helped pass the time. We arrived at the main theater 15 minutes prior to the show starting and we sat just outside of the Splash Zone in the center section.
The divers that swim with the dolphins are incredible! They make it fun and interesting to watch and my whole family was smiling!! This was a great experience and well worth the cost. Four and under get in free that's a big deal to me! Especially since I have twin four-year-olds! Great Show Ladies, well worth it!!
Prices for your pictures with the dolphins are insane! They really should include a few pictures of your choice with the cost of the encounter. Also, the place could use some better upkeep and bigger enclosures for the animals.
Gulf World was worth every penny! All the staff were very friendly and the animals were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the dolphin and seal performances.
Save your money! Gulf World is small, dirty and has rude employees.
If I could give them a zero, I would. Their maltreatment of animals needs to be put to a stop immediately.
Great place for the whole family, exhibits are clean and animals healthy. Shows are very well done and a great way to show case the animal's physical ability and intelligence. Lots to learn there and they even have decent food!

All Whole family can spend whole day there. The tickets are good till park closes. You can go and come back as you pleased.

Been here 3 times. Shows are fun to watch but I think they need more exhibits. Food is reasonably priced.
Seemed like a lot of areas were closed,,,,we stated for 20 minutes only. Maybe we missed something but seemed like a waste of money!
