Nothing but positive things , they show up on time, finish the work in a timely manor and they are very professional. On this service request they came in two days faster then scheduled.

Lee Foo came out as a new contractor at our church. Although we had had a different company handling all of our fire protection needs for over 15 years, we learned of many areas that were not in compliance, were not labeled or simply had been overlooked over the years. Lee was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the water sprinkler system and the need for making sure everything was tied to our alarm system. I would like this type of technician to have at my own house. He spent hours inspecting, locating and testing our devices as well as explaining why there was a need for the things he dicussed.

Guardian has been our vendor for fire extinguishers for about 8 years now, and I've been consistently happy with their service. Have even paid a visit to their Gaithersburg office. The nice thing about Guardian is that you don't have to keep track of your yearly inspections. They do that for you, and will call when you're due to set up an appt. Prices are reasonable, and representatives are friendly and professional.

The entire team at Guardian are very professional and prompt with responses for everything. They always show up on time and communicate each step in the process if there is something I need to know.

Guardian rep did not put system into test mode when they tested. Stanley Security called the fire department and dispatched them before calling us. This was very unnecessary and should be part of their test procedure. Found that both Guardian and our internal person had called Stanley to shut system off for an hour. They were on the phone and had it confirmed that system was in delay mode. Turned out Stanley made the error and didn't do what they were supposed to.

Mike was punctual, courteous and helpful when I had questions. He finished his inspection in a timely manner.

Dwayne was here at 8 AM (earlier than expected). He went about his service with a friendly, professional demeanor. He fully explained what he was doing and offered sound recommendations for modifications to bring us up to code. A satisfying experience.

Guardian just completed a very detailed difficult job and the customer service has been great. I have to mention in specific Lisa was top notch, the person that spoke negatively about her must ve been a very difficult person to please because she s been very good with me and my company. The receptionist Lisa is extremely rude. She refused to let me speak with a manager. They came out and told me that everything was fine with my system and then sent me a list the things that I needed to have fixed. When they came out to fix the things on the list they only replaced two batteries. Then sent me a bill for $350. They also added a fuel charge to the bill. WATCH OUT!

Dave Gordon is awesome. He has worked very professionally and treated a customer very nicely.

Technicians did a fine job. BUT after they went onto our roof, they walked on our carpet with black stuff from the roof on their feet which left marks on the carpeting. They should be more aware of this type of thing.

What I like about this company is that they are reliable and always there when I need them. From the office staff to the techs, superior customer service is always offered.

Was contacted to schedule for Fire Extinguisher Inspections and the coordinator was accommodating to our schedule and Jose Mendoza the tech who came out was on time, professional, and he explained what the inspection was for etc. Very satisfied with the services!!!

He was very professional & went about doing what needed to be done.

Mr. Paul McKenny clearly knew his work with regard to the fire suppression equipment.He actually addressed something that was not addressed earlier. He was there before I was and patiently waited for me. It would be helpful to received a call saying that your techs are on their way. I did remind him that he needs to use his face mask. He said that he forgot it in his truck. I am 71 yrs old and have some issues that would predispose me to the COVID-19. While he was very polite, I was alarmed by the absence of a mask.

Absolutely loved working with technician Dan Lawrence and a couple of other techs. Very professional, explained what he was doing & what came next at each step. However, getting the work completed has been a different matter. This fire alarm upgrade has been a work in progress for 4 months. There is no one person that I've been able to consistently contact for status and to move the scheduling along. The only thing that seems to motivate them into action is when the billing department contacts me & I tell them I won't pay until the work is completed. After failing the 2nd fire marshal inspection, including something that was written up during the first inspection, it feels as if they've all disappeared.
